BEST LENDING TEAM IN AUSTIN. We finally found our first home and I was dreading the finance experience. As a Veteran, I was going to use the company that all veterans use for VA loans and I just knew that I was signing up for a long drawn out process with no customer service. Many fellow Veterans had told me the horror stories of getting their loan through the aforementioned company and I felt like I didn't have an option. We bought a repo, foreclosure and had a tight timeline. I was very worried about the ability to close on time; so I decided to get a second opinion. It was by the guiding hand of God that we found Chad and Melissa. From the moment I started working with them, they were two steps ahead of me and ALWAYS making me feel like I was the only customer on their agenda. There were many little things that made me very happy with the experience. There were the weekly or major event e-mail updates that went out to everyone involved in the process and also the countless recommendations ahead-of-time to keep the process flowing smoothly. The most important factor though was the SUPERB customer service. They never wasted my time and they were more friendly than I could have ever hoped for in this process.

I understand that this information is all qualitative opinion stuff that is easy to dismiss, so lets get to the stuff that you want to hear about. We were able to close on our home THREE (3) weeks ahead of schedule and Chad was able to match the financing quote from the major company that he saved me from using. Please listen to me when I tell you that there is a better option for Veterans in Austin and it IS Chad and Melissa with the VA Team at United Lending!!!!! Trust me...when you finish the process with the VA Team, you will be dying to get your comments up here with the rest of us.

Outstanding service and very professional!. Chad and Melissa were very helpful and professional in working with my wife and I on getting a home loan. We were first time home buyers and I was just coming back from Afghanistan and our lives were very hectic enough, but Chad and Melissa worked tirelessly to help us with the paperwork and get the loan processed thru. We closed on time and were able to get into our new home smoothly. I would highly recommend Chad Bowman to anyone. Thanks Chad and Melissa!

Integrity & Professionalism - VA Team at United Lending. It's hard to put into words how grateful we are to have worked with Chad and Melissa. As first time home buyers, there were so many unknowns and so much stress that came with buying our new home. Chad and Melissa went out of their way to answer questions and to facilitate communication between the selling agent, our agent, the sellers and us. They removed so many barriers and points of confusion so that we were sure to get the home we wanted.

They conducted themselves with 100% integrity and professionalism -- rareities in today's world. They were also incredibly efficient and on top of all the many details that go into buying a home. They went out of their way to make things go smoothly and as a result of their efforts, we closed very quickly.

I would send my family, friends and anyone I knew to work with them and I highly recommend them. I simply cannot say enough good things about the VA team - they are truly one-of-a-kind!

AWESOME!. I highly reccomend Chad and his team! He was reccomended to me and I am glad I went with him on my VA Loan. He walked me through the entire process from the onset. Explained everything to me and what I needed. His right hand, Melissa or him personally followed up with me on every step of the process.

Where his expertise came into play was at the end. My closing process was horrendous due to the out of town Tilte Co chosen by the seller (bank foreclosure). There was a lot of difficulties but Chad and Melissa were right there taking care of business for me. The closing was very frustrating but knowing Chad and Melissa were there relived a lot of stress.

We HIGHLY recommend Chad!. We were referred to Chad because he specializes in VA loans, and we could not be more pleased with the services provided.

Chad is friendly, thorough, and eager to assist. Our first home purchase fell through because of an iffy seller, and Chad was patient through this extended process. Our second home purchase fell through because of serious foundation issues in the house, and Chad helped us to laugh about the situation. By the time our third (final and successful) offer went through, I felt like Chad was an old friend. In fact, Chad even set out to drive across town so he could be there with us at closing, but he had to spend a couple of hours sitting in traffic because of some bad car wrecks that had happened that day.

Through our homebuying process (and even after, since Chad still checks in to see how we're doing), we felt like we were the only clients Chad was working with at the time. While we know this isn't true, we appreciate the level of attention he paid to us and our somewhat bizarre series of events...and also sometimes our bizarre requests for information and assistance. :)

I do not give very many 5-star recommendations, but this one is certainly well-deserved. Thanks, Chad!

Could Not Have Happened Without Chad. We almost did not have our new home. We initially went with another lender - family recommendation. After a long process with little or late communication, we found out that there was a problem processing our VA loan. We were crushed. We had chosen the lot, the floor plan, the customizations, and the upgrades. "Our" new home had been built and sitting there empty. Our realtor recommended Chad and his staff. Not only did Chad respond amazingly quickly, he gave us hope. We were so pleased with the quality of personal service. We felt as if we were the only clients. We felt that we were in very good hands. I am typing this while in our new home. It would not have been possible without Chad and his staff. (And, thank you Melissa for all of your hard work and promptness.)

Happy New Homeowners!. We just recently bought our first home and used The VA Team at United Lending. Chad and Melissa made the process extremely smooth and easy-I could not speak more highly of them. They answered any questions we had and were very knowledgeable and prompt. I felt at ease given their credentials and knew that there was no need to worry about anything falling through the cracks or not getting done on time. Chad and Melissa are the go-to people if you are looking for a team who communicates updates frequently, is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and personable.
