Hair Stylist. When I started looking for a new hair salon and stylist I saw Shear Headcase on my way home from work and decided to stop in. I love the salon. It's clean, friendly, stylish, and the ladies were very helpful.

I was introduced to Jaime. I told Jaime what I was looking for, and with her knowledge, advise and friendly, fun attitude I decided to make an appointment and try her out.

First time in, great cut, great color. Jaime knows what my hair needs and what style I need. She didn't try selling me anymore than what I needed which is a plus. She takes pride in her work and won't let you walk out with out being totally happy and satisfied. When Jaime works on your cut or color she is in essence doing her own hair.

Time spent with Jaime is a lot of fun and she pampers her customers which is wonderful.

Jaime is stuck with me now. I've never been this happy when I look in the mirror and see my hair. It's amazing.

Love This Place!. It is soooo nice to have a hair stylist actually listen to what the customer is saying. Jennifer gave me exactly what I asked for - only better! Everyone is so nice at this salon. It's very quaint & charming. Love it!

Jamie Reid is the BEST!!!!!!. I have been going to Jamie for about a year and she can work magic.She always makes my hair look awsome and she is easy to talk to and super sweet.The salon is really cute and everyone is very nice.I would recomend Jamie to anyone,she is the best.

Good salon, bad hours. I really do love this place. Everyone is great. I just wish they had at least one day a week where they were open later. Saturday appointments are hard to get and for someone that works or has little kids at home(like myself), it's impossible to get there between 10-5.

Shear Heacase was Fantastic!. So after moving to Austin and not being able to find a stylist that I liked OR trusted, I was very hesitant going into Shear Headcase! I was completely blown away by their postive attitudes and friendliness, Jaime ended up doing a fabulous job on my hair. The best part was that she listened to what I wanted instead of telling me what I needed. Thanks a lot guys! ;)

Shear Headcase, Sheer Happiness. I have been trusting Krissy with my hair since before she and Jennifer opened this salon - while she was in school! So, needless to say I am loyal but it's not hard to be when the stylists are so good at what they do! I love the salon - so quaint and cozy and creatively decorated, love the overall service INCLUDING the receptionists, love the products, love the company of the stylists, love the beverage service, and love the way I feel when I leave the salon. Krissy and the other stylists definitely listen to what you want, but are also honest and realistic in terms of your hair type, color, and style which is appreciated and refreshing. They take into account your ideas, if you have some, for your hair but are also willing to guide you to the best color and cut for you too. Give Shear Headcase a chance and you'll be a fan too! (Disclaimer: If you have unrealistic expectations you won't be happy no matter where you go)

This is appropriate name "headcase". Don't waste your money there. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Great cut & color every time!. Can't say enough about my new doo. I told my stylist jaimee, just how low maintenance my cut needed to be and she flew into action. I woke up to style it today for the first time, and it was literally about 5 minutes with a round brush. The rest, as she said, pretty much takes care of itself.

I love walking into Shear Headcase. It's like hanging out with old friends. I've always dreaded the product push, but I don't get that here. Jaimee brought up one product because I actually needed it for this style. I rarely buy product, but when I do, I'll go there for the quality paraben free options.

Finally, I wanted to say thanks again Shear Headcase for being there when the hotel spa turned my hair green! I called with the issue, they called me back asap with a solution. thanks and keep up the good work!

Bo's the Bestest. Okay, top 5 reasons to go see Bo, like yesterday.

1. Amazing haircut

2. Super knowledgeable and will show you exactly how to keep your hair looking fab

3. Listens to your input and makes your hair reflect your personality

4. Great product recommendations without being pushy

5. He's the best!

I'm so happy with my new layered bob. Let me tell you, after a gnarly DIY haircut about a month ago, I needed some major hair repair. Bo fixed it right up, and even showed me some tricks for keeping it shiny and full of body. If you need some help with your own hair fiasco, I highly recommend Bo!

Jaimie Totally ROCKS!!!. I love this place!!! Jaimie takes such good care of me! She does the BEST highlights, and I finally found someone (after years of searching) that can cut my curly hair and make it look fabulous! It's very laid back and friendly, and everyone is super sweet! Jaimie takes her time with you, to make sure you love your cut. And I couldn't be happier with the results. I always look forward to my salon visit and highly recommend you check them out!
