Very Satisfied. Excellent Customer Service. Christian and the team at Convict Hill Floor Covering did an excellent job on our master bath remodel. Christian was very knowledgeable about the latest in bath designs and styles and was very patient as my wife and I debated about what was just the right shade of beige tile to use. Once the tile selection and design were finalized, Christian scheduled the work so that it would be done as efficiently and quickly as possible. The work was done in about a week and the end result looked terrific. Throughout the whole process the team at Convict Hill Floor Covering was very professional and wanted to ensure that we were very satisfied customers. We will definitely be working with them again as we tackle the next home improvement project - the kitchen.…

impressed-but I sure am in this case-Initial contact, both in shop and here at my home were friendly, efficient, and professional.
Crew did a great job, and was REALLY impressive: more often than not,, it seems, most work crews are looking to "do the minimum/get paid/get out of there"- not these guys- in addition to excellent workmanship and conduct, they were happy do do extra things that needed doing, and were not in the contract-way above and beyond--I've referred Christian several times before using her shop personally, and plan to continue those referrals even more enthusiatically!…
