I just had my countertops replaced and tile work done by Convict Hill Flooring and I must say that I have been extremely pleased with the results. Brad and Christian did an excellent job of scheduling the different contractors and they each showed up when they were scheduled!! I must say that each contractor was an artist and a professional in their respective areas. It was a great experience and I highly recommend working with Christian, Brad, and the great team of professionals they employ.

We had used Convict Hill Floor Covering to install carpet in our bedrooms and were very pleased. Based on our positive experience we hired them for our kitchen remodel. Christian and her team were pleasant to work with and very professional. She stayed in constant contact, was very easy to reach, and promptly returned our calls. After the horror stories we had heard of other people's remodels, we were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was completed in a reasonable time frame, and that everything went well. We would recommend Convict Hill Floor Covering.

We have used this firm for our flooring and for our countertops/backsplash. Christian is amazing. Helpful with her guidance and her installers were fantastic. They were on time and the work was first rate. I would recommend them at any time as Christian has put together a time of installers that are top-notch.

The Convict Hill Floor Covering team does great work!!!!. We've used Convict Hill Floor Covering on three separate occasions, and they are awesome!!! They've done both tile and carpet work for us, and we couldn't be happier. They are reasonable, caring, non-pushy, and very professional!!! We highly recommend the business and owners!!

Very Satisfied. Excellent Customer Service. Christian and the team at Convict Hill Floor Covering did an excellent job on our master bath remodel. Christian was very knowledgeable about the latest in bath designs and styles and was very patient as my wife and I debated about what was just the right shade of beige tile to use. Once the tile selection and design were finalized, Christian scheduled the work so that it would be done as efficiently and quickly as possible. The work was done in about a week and the end result looked terrific. Throughout the whole process the team at Convict Hill Floor Covering was very professional and wanted to ensure that we were very satisfied customers. We will definitely be working with them again as we tackle the next home improvement project - the kitchen.

What a great job!. Convict Hill Floor Covering just completed our kitchen redo. New ceramic tile floor, strip wallpaper, spray texture, prime and paint. What a fantastic job, they are totally awesome! courteous and professional in every way. Amazing to me that they could take on what could be a very messy project yet leave the place spotless every day.

We Are So Happy!. Recently we had new carpet and bathroom countertops put in by Convict Hill Floor Covering.....we love, love, love the job they did! Christian and Brad were so helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Their crews were so skilled and friendly, they completed everything in a timely manner and it all looked so beautiful! I am excited to get started on our next project with Christian and Brad, they know how to make renovation easy! Thanks guys!

Impressed. Christian's crew just finished my new hand-scraped wood floor yesterday- absolutely gorgeous work- very well done! After 30+ years of hiring/firing/evaluating subcontractors, I am not easily impressed-but I sure am in this case-Initial contact, both in shop and here at my home were friendly, efficient, and professional.

Crew did a great job, and was REALLY impressive: more often than not,, it seems, most work crews are looking to "do the minimum/get paid/get out of there"- not these guys- in addition to excellent workmanship and conduct, they were happy do do extra things that needed doing, and were not in the contract-way above and beyond--I've referred Christian several times before using her shop personally, and plan to continue those referrals even more enthusiatically!
