Take your money somewhere else. I went in today to get a 2 weeks Brazilian maintenance and I was 4 days over my "2 week window" (which I have been getting Brazilians for awhile and have always had a 3 week window) and the girl told me they could not do it because I was 4 days over (it is 25$ for a maintenance and I think a full is 55$) so you’re going to charge me 30$ for 4 days? Last time I checked good customer service should have said "That 2 weeks is very strict but because we want to keep a customer I will do it this one time and just know for next time you have to come within the 2 weeks." I just moved from Seattle and planned to make that "My Regular Waxing Place" NOT ANYMORE. I really really liked this place until today, I am pretty mad I have to spend more time looking for another salon.

p.s.s. If you are going to try this place take sure you get your waxing done by Tara, she has done my Brazilians before and was awesome!

DON'T DO IT. DO NOT go to Brazilia. I've been waxing for some time now, just moved to Austin, needed a new waxing place. I've had my fair share of bad waxing experiences and this was one of the worst. At Brazilia the staff is perfectly pleasant, but their methods are outdated as is their equipment (well, they basically had no equipment to aid in the waxing process). Two days after a bikini wax and I'm still red, blotchy and sore (and this wax was scheduled in preparation for a week long beach vaca). Brazilia's pricing may seem tempting (as it tempted me), but it's so worth it to find a quality aesthetician (I would recommend Angie at Blush Skincare).

Amazing!!!. I had my first brazilian done here and Im very impressed! The staff was very nice and helpful and answered all my questions. They were fast and efficient and I was in and out in a timely manner. Very happy with my experience and I will be back!! :)

Great Waxing and Eyelash Tinting. I got my very first Brazilian wax at Brazilia. Gloria made me feel completely comfortable, answered all my questions about what she was doing, and taught me breathing techniques to help relieve pain. She was awesome and all the staff was friendly.

What an amazing experience!!!. I'm quite picky when it comes to my waxing services- brows, brazilian, and lip! And Brazilia has been amazing everytime that I've come. I'm definitely a loyal customer at this point and why wouldn't I be? It's the best! It's so nice to walk into a facility that feels like a spa, but without the pretentiousness. Very clean, friendly receptionists (I've seen three and they all are super nice), and they even sell cute jewelry for a great price.

The first time I came in I had Angelea. She waxed me the fastest I've ever been waxed and she did such a great job. It's always nerve-racking the first time you get a brazilian from a new person, but she was so calming and talked to me the whole time to make me perfectly comfortable.

The 2nd time I forgot to request Angelea and had Gloria. Again nerve-racking new person, however Gloria's professionalism and positive spirit worked perfectly with my anxiousness. She wasn't as fast as Angelea, but definitely still thorough and not too slow. She was equally as amazing as Angelea, just different.

Overall, GREAT WAXING PLACE! I'd recommend them to any friend!

Fabulous results. Angelea is the best. Professional, friendly, meticulous but quick! Just what you want when you're getting something like a Brazilian wax! Nice surroundings also.

thumbs up Brazilia. Okay...I finally found someone to wax my eyebrows correctly. I am very picky and Angelea did it to perfection. I was happy with the prices and the place was immaculate. I def will be coming back. Once you find the right person to do your brows, priceless!!! I will also will come back for my facials, loved the salon.

Brazillia was a delight to go to!!!. I was very impressed...the salon was very clean and nice....Very professional and made me feel at home...I dread getting waxed and it was actually a nice experience and she made feel at ease ....I did not dread it and will be back....I will recommend also! Thanks Brazillia for coming to the neighborhood. I needed a good place to go..

Best Brazilian Wax in Austin!. This was my first experience waxing. I went to Brazilia Waxing Spa and Angelea made me feel very comfortable. She is great at distracting you during the waxing service. I still can't believe that I did it! I will definitely be back. I will also say that the Spa is very nice and clean. It has a cozy feeling to it... love the colors and there is great parking. Prices are average. Look for her special deals for the month.
