Can't stand the spokespersons high pitched voice, always mute the volume when commercial comes on.

Don't waste your time.. What is shown online is NOT what the product actually is and costs. Found an ottoman online, and called the store and was told they had the model shown online in store at the price advertised. When we got to the store the ottoman was not nearly the quality shown online and the price was $300 more than advertised. The salesman was not at all helpful and only made excuses. Will not ever shop at this store and feel like the website is deceptive.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DONT SHOP HERE. i had a coustom $6,000.00 plus leather sectional clouch delivered today. It was promised in 4 to 6 weeks. It has been over 8 week and finally it arrived with a defective piece (hing broken and and leg broken on console piece). so now they want ot repare a custom piece of expensive furnature. A decent business would replace it. Even more aggrevating, It was impossible to get a response to my calls requesting an update on delivery. After making weekly calls when the merchansdise was way over due and requesting a call back only one time did I receive a call in response to my inquiries. No one in the store including the manager is responsible for anything and just passes the buck. I highly recommend if you are shopping for leather furnature in this price range look somewhere else. Their tv add 'thank you for shopping local". Shop local if you can , just not at this place.

Very Pleased with end Results. Although my couch took a while to get in, it was worth the wait. In fact, my original couch I ordered is still waiting for the leather to arrive, but since the wait was so long, Town and Country Leather let me take the same couch in a different leather that was already there and ready to go. The new couch is the same grade leather, but I actually like it more than the one we had originally ordered. Due to circumstances Town and Country Leather could not control, they still went above and beyond to try and please their customers, even if it is only one. I look forward to doing business with them in the near future.

Great Experience! Amazing Prices and quality. I absolutely love leather furniture and whilst looking through the internet I came across Town and Country Leather. I had a particular Natuzzi Recliner in mind and they were the only retailer in town who had the product in there showroom. After visiting the store I would have to say first off the showroom looks amazing!!! The selection of leather furniture was better than I have seen at any other store in Austin. With the help of there very knowledgeable and courteous staff they showed me the recliner I had been looking at. And let me say this too I've bought a lot of leather "Premium" and I was pleasantly surprised at the great deals they have. The recliner was just what I was looking for and it looks great in my home. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for leather furniture at great prices!

Comparing Furniture. Saw a commercial for Town & Country Leather with an attractive blonde gal, but raspy voice that did not fit her. Makes our family laugh everytime we hear her. That did not keep us from visiting this store. Staff was very attentive and ready to answer all questions. I like to feel important when walking into a retailer. We were comparing quality and prices. I found this place that is located on Burnett Road to be helpful in our quest for a recliner. I would recommend this store to all leather lover's.

Great store1. This is a great store! Very knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are great! Robert Price is a great guy and we really enjoyed talking with him! Absolutely love our new recliner!!

We chose to do business at T&C Leather........ We chose to do business at T&C Leather primarily because Tom was able to convince me that the warranty you offer is sound and that I would not be treated poorly as I was by one of your local competitors who sold us a product then failed to live up to the warranty that I had purchased on the furniture we are now replacing. Many places carry a fine line of furniture but I had to be made to believe that you stand behind the product. We are a retired couple and we are not "rough" on furniture but I do require a company to be honest with me and stand by what they promise.

Again, thank you for your communication and I hope this will be a long customer/retailer experience.

good experience. I really love the natuzzi brand, but I haven't been able to find that brand anywhere in austin. I also love functionable, but stylish sofas, which are also hard to find in austin. But, alas, I found Town and Country Leather. I walked in by myself one day and they have SO MANY choices! I did some independent research on what kind of sofa I wanted, and I found it at the natuzzi's official website. And then, I went to Town and Country Leather's store to ask if I could order it, and surprisingly they let me. They were really flexible with my requests, and they even let me "borrow" a loaner sofa.

I highly recommend this sofa store to everyone.

An Awesome Find!. I am from the Bryan/College Station area. I have had a Natuzzi leather sofa and loveseat for 12 years that I absolutely loved. I wanted a change in color so I began the search for a set that I would love just as much. My husband and I went to every furniture store in our area numerous times and almost made a purchase but we decided we could take the time to find EXACTLY what we wanted.

We took a weekend to go visit our girls in Austin and set aside a day to spend looking in the Austin area. For some reason, Town and Country did not come up when I searched for furniture stores in Austin so they were not on my list. Our girls went with us and we hit every furniture store in the Burnet Road area. We were about ready to call it a day and give up when we were sitting at a light and my youngest daughter spotted Town & Country. When we walked into the store we were greeted by Eric, the owner of the store. He made us feel welcome and the store just had a "comfortable/homey" feel to it. At the same time we saw a beautiful leather sofa made by Flexsteel at the front of the store. As soon as my husband and the girls did their "butt check" I knew that we finely found our "treasure". We ordered that afternoon. Eric kept in contact with us regarding the status of our order during the three weeks that it took to come in. When it came in, we were immediately contacted via phone so we could make arrangements to pick it up. We couldn't be more satisfied! It is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable.
