STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Not worth the money and the headache. Management is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.

I had a Brazilian Blowout done there and it left my hair completely fried and frizzy. When I called to complain, they said they would issue me a credit, which was applied at my next visit. I actually like my stylist there, so I put the incident behind me and thought nothing of it until now..

When I called to book my next appointment, their manager told me that they had mailed me a letter saying that they had never agreed to give me a credit that I was "no longer welcome at the salon." Instead of calling me to clarify what was obviously a misunderstanding, they thought it was appropriate to send a nasty letter to my workplace (which I never received, by the way).

Obviously, I would never go back after this so I don't care about being "banned" from their precious salon, but I am furious and outraged by their cowardly and very unprofessional behavior. Save your money (and your hair) and go somewhere else.

I love Darren!!. I wanted to say THANK YOU to Darren at Pearl. He was amazing. I was recommended to him by a friend for hilights and a cut. He did an awesome job. He picked the right color for me and I have gotten nothing but compliments since.

Be sure to request him though otherwise you will be redirected. He is worth it!!!

Great color with stylist Darren Lazenby!. A friend of mine recommended Darren and I am so glad she did! I am so happy with my color and I recommend him to anyone who wants hair color that enhances their look. Thank you Darren!

Darren you are AWESOME!!!. I have to give a huge Thank You to Darren Lazenby!! I visited Pearl Salon based on the reviews that I read about Darren and I must say all of it is true and then some.

Darren took the time to really discuss my hair options and then made me feel completely comfortable with the decision. My hair color and cut turned out even better than I had envisioned in the consultation. To top it off he gave me some much needed advice on makeup techniques to complete my new look.

Thank you again Darren. I highly recommend him especially if you are unsure of what you are looking for.

Best. Stylist. Ever.. OMG I went and got my hurr cut by Sydnie she iz SOOOO awesum! LOL! She iz SOOOO nice and her cuttin skillz are off tha chizzle! I wish I had mo money cuz if I did I would have got a color and a wax. I saw this one girl's color once OMG it sucked! LOL! Sydnie is WAY WAY WAY better than that girl's color! LOL!

Awesome Experience. Darren was recommended to me by my girlfriend. I am soooo happy with my hair. Darren took about fifteen minutes just explaining the color that would be best for me and made me feel so comfortable I gave him free reign and my hair has never looked better.

Great salon. I had my hair done with Vera- it looks the best it has ever looked. The color is wonderful and she did a Brazilian blowout-WOW I have had so many positive comments this week-THANKS!

Loved this salon. A friend of mine recommended that I see Darren Lazenby at Pearl Salon. I am forever grateful to her. I have been struggling with my hair color for sometime. Too light, too dark, never what I wanted. In one visit Darren was not only able to tell me the best color for my skin but he got it exactly right the first time. Thanks Darren!

VERY HAPPY With My Experience. I found Darren Lazenby on an ad from craigslist and decided to visit the salon. My hair has been the same for many years. (Very blonde and very damaged) Darren immediately knew the right color and cut for my skin and face. I have received the most compliments ever on my new look. I am very happy and would recommend Darren to anyone!
