Came home to a clean house!

I work full time and my 2 boys stayed home most of the summer, so keeping the house clean was a challenge, to say the least. After they started back to school, I looked around the house and didn't know where to begin. I contacted several cleaning companies and Welcome Home's services were exactly what I needed. (Some companies charge extra if you want blinds and ceiling fans dusted - huh?) So my first cleaning was Friday, and I came home to a nice, clean, dust-free house! I definitely felt like I got my money's worth and will be having them come in biweekly from now on. It's a good feeling to get rid of a chore or two. :)

Awesome

Welcome Home had their first visit to my home in Sun City. It won't be the last. I was very impressed with how professional this company is. They did an outstanding job both on communications and the actual cleaning. I could not be happier. Highly recommend these folks

A Huge Load was lifted

My father passed away recently and we waited until the last minute to decide whether to have friends and family back to our house after the services. We finally decided on a Thursday to have them over on Saturday. I called, Ken, a good friend of mine with K&M Steamcleaning and he recommended that I have Welcome Home come help us out.

From the first contact, the weight that was on our family had been lifted. Welcome Home was able to have someone at our home first thing Friday morning.

The job that the crew did was fantastic. They were courteous, timely and very professional.

They made it so that the house was one less thing that we had to worry about during this time.

Would I use them again? Absolutely and in a heartbeat! Whenever anyone asks me if I recommend a cleaning service, I will tell them the only call they should make is to Welcome Home Cleaning. In fact, I won't even wait for anyone to ask. I've already been telling people about them.

Professional, Friendly Service

I have used several home cleaning services over the years, in Texas and other states, and this one is run in a very professional manner. The staff were friendly and efficient. Their work was excellent. They did everything that was promised in the agreement and I felt the fee was quite appropriate for the tasks they performed. They even remembered to let my cat out of the carrier when they were finished. I certainly will call on them again.

Great Service with a Personal Touch

I have used nearly every cleaning service in the area as well as a few individual cleaning people. Welcome Home is most certainly the best service in this area, and they also have very competitive pricing -- even when compared to individuals. As an aside, I must say that I feel safer using a service. I like the fact that they are bonded and prefer having the office as the intermediary between myself and the crew.

Welcome Home also includes many services that other places nickel and dime for. With other places, I felt like everything was extra, but not with WHCS.

Lastly, their customer service is the best! They make me feel like I'm more thanjust a nameless customers. I feel like they really care about getting to know our family and our specific needs.

So if you are looking for the safety of a cleaning service with the personal touch of an individual, give Welcome Home a try.
