Tips for Continental Collision Center

Great Service and Convenience. I took my BMW to the Continental Collision Center after a big hailstorm in Austin this last May. My insurance company referred them to me and I must say that I will be taking my car to the Continental Collision Center for all future repair work. Even in this busy time, as I know they must have had hundreds of cars with hail damage to repair, my advisor was very helpful and thorough, making sure all the hail damage was repaired and even doing minor paintwork and repairs on previous scratches and dents. I referred several friends to the Continental Collision Center for their hail damage and they all had similar experiences. One friend had gotten in a fender bender recently also and need a new bumper on his Lexus. He thought he was going to have to go to the Lexus dealership to have it replaced, thus being without his car for two different repair periods, but the Continental Collision Center was able to replace the bumper and repair the hail damage because it carries parts and is an authorized repair center for several car lines.

Continental Collision Center is the Best in Austin!. I am truly impressed by Continental Collision Center. I got in a fender bender about a two months ago. I went to Continental Collision Center, they quickly did an assessment and hooked me up with Pam who oversaw all my work.

I have to admit, I was a bit of an annoying customer. Pam ordered the parts for me and then it took me six weeks to finally make an appointment to get it into the shop (my ambivalence because I didn't want to be without a car). Pam was awesome through this process. She kept saying that she understood and that she'd wait for a time that would be more convenient for me.

Had I known how little time it would take Continental Colission Center to fix my car, I would have taken it in ages sooner. It took them approximately 72 hours to fix my car. I was shocked.

Their work was impeccable. If I ever get in a wreck again (knock on wood), I will definitely take my car back to Continental Collision Center!
