Poor Materials, Didn't Finish Job

I hired AHS to for a concrete patio + deck. The concrete looks nice.
The materials for the deck are not adequate -- the boards have knots that are coming out, creating holes in the flooring of the brand new deck. I requested that AHS replace 3-4 boards in the deck, and they not only refused, but they also stated they would not complete the rest job (score & stain the concrete patio).
I am completely dissatisfied with the materials and lack of positivie customer experience from AHS. I will look to other companies to clean up AHS' work.
