Substantial Pizza. It's decent pizza, but I think it's on the pricey side for the size of the pie and the lack of atmosphere in the place. I mean, what are you really paying for? About $1.50 worth of ingredients, a TV set at each booth, and that's about it, but a small cheese pie is $6.00 and is anything but filling.

Taste is decent, but I don't see a value there.

Decent. Nothing special here, overall the pizza is just decent. They have a few neat twists to keep kids engaged, including TV's in every booth.

Yo, paisanos, eat here!. Shane and Shannon make this particular Red Brick better than the others (no offense to the other locations). They are always friendly, and make some great pizza. They know how to put just the right amount of brown on the bottom. Furthermore, fire-roasted pizza far outshines the conventional kind.

I almost always get their #3 combo with pepperoni, mushroom, and sausage. I eat it so often, they're thinking about naming it after me. When they see me drive up, they go ahead and start making it. ;)

Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You won't be sorry.

Friendly, Consistent Service. When we decided to cut back on our eating out, we left Red Brick Pizza as a weekly outing. The prices are reasonable, the food consistently good, the staff is friendly and go out of their way to make sure your order is perfect and that you're comfortable and well taken care of.

Best Pizza I have ever had. I frequent Shane and Shannon's Red Brick Pizza about every 10 days, as it is a "staple" in our household. I have two children and this is definitely the best place to bring them. The food is absolutely superb. One can tell that the ingredients on the pizza are fresh after just one bite. Also, the salads are the best- always fresh- always good!! Honesty, in our opinion, no other pizza or family restaurant compares. The service is great, the food is awesome and it is clean, clean, clean:)

Red Brick Fire Roasted Gourmet Pizza by Shane&Shannon. Shane&Shannon Cope are two wacky kidz from Ohio who own and run Red Brick Fire Roasted Gourmet Pizza, and do serve the finest ingredients, made to order. No heat lamps. Always ask for the pizza to be cooked extra crispy.

Located next to Hollywierd Video(ask for Cat woman) and at the other end of the parking lot from the old but wonderful Walmart (you know the one with the WoodChuck Bank inside). TV's at everytable, fun atmosphere, kidz won't miss re-runs of Sponge Bob.

Salads, Romaine lettuce only, homemade croutons.

Freshly tossed and made to order. Also out of control Gelatto! Pizza uses EVOO (for you Rachael Ray freaks), REAL CHEESE!!! and I always get the five dollar special, one topping. It is wonderful with a small Italian salad with our without meats.

This place is off the hook, off the chain and off the reservation! For you oldsters, like me, that translates to

FAN FREAKIN TASTIC!

People of Cedar Park, please do not eat here. You will totally get in the way of my getting my eat on for Pizza.

How Shannon can work with Shane all day is a miracle.

The staff is wonderful also, you will receive the best service! (Hey tip these people, they are mainly high school kidz that could use a couple of bucks you cheap skate!)

Pizza Beats the Competition. We have to go at least once a week. We've turned our grown kids into fans as well. They would prefer going there as anywhere in town. Everything is fresh tasting and plenty of variety to choose from. The Margareta Pizza with the tomato slices fresh basil and olive oil, is a favorite of mine. The salads are fresh and made to order in several varieties. They go wonderfully with the cheesy breadsticks as a great starter, just save room for the pizza!

Best pizza in the city!. I've been a long time customer of this place. The guy and gal that own and run this place are named Shane and Shannon. They have extremely high expectations of quality and service and they insist upon this from their staff. Food tastes terrific! Salads are fresh. Shane tells me that it is the healthiest pizza in town because they don't use any food products that contain msg, artificial coloring, artificial flavoring, substitutes or fillers. Their cheese is 100% wholemilk mozzarella. All the other pizza places around here use part skim cheese, which isn't even real cheese. I'm from Brooklyn, and I know what good pizza is about. I frequent the place at least once a week, and will continue to do so.

Great Food...Great Service!. We love Red Brick Pizza in Cedar Park. The service is wonderful and fast. They not only know my name, but they know my order as well! The food is fresh and tasty, not to mention the Gelato for dessert. It's great food for take out, but especially for dining in...they have TVs at every table, and that's great for the kids. We are and will continue to be regulars at this restaurant.
