The sales staff were extremely helpful and professional. As a new business owner they were knowledgeable about commercial merchandise and provided options to meet my business needs. I would definitely recommend CORT for any of your furniture needs. I am a return customer and will continue to shop there for my home and business. The manager Drew ensured that I had everything I needed at a fair price.

SHOP ELSEWHERE TO AVOID PROBLEMS

If I would have know what would happen I would have spent my hard earned cash elsewhere. Next time I will have to pony up and buy NEW furniture from a more trustworthy source.

After spending hundreds of dollars on new furniture to outfit my new residence, i find out later my place would be infested with bed bugs. Management did very little to help and gave me the runaround telling me my residence had the bugs not their product.

So all I can do is either spend hundreds of more dollars either trying exterminator treatments that may or may not work, or throwing everything out and repurchasing NEW furniture after wasting more money on an exterminator.

All i can do now is share my experience, Im sorry it was bad. I thought i was getting a good deal on the pieces that I bought. I guess I know now why they were sooo cheap. :(

The Best Place For Furniture

I just moved to Austin and had a really horrible experience at Star Furniture (avoid them at all costs...unless you are over 60!) I logged on to City Search and noticed the great feedback people left about CORT and decided to give them I try. From the moment you walk in, you feel at ease. The staff treats you with respect and immediately offers you a complimentary beverage as you peruse their wide variety of furniture. My only concern in the beginning was that the furniture were in retail shape (which means gently used) and I had wanted new things. After speaking with Tonya (the most amazing person at CORT), and seeing the condition of the items I realized not only could I pick out remarkable pieces but also save money! It meant I was happy because I selected the styles I wanted and my husband was happy because we did not go over his meager budget. I recommend visiting CORT first if you are in the market to purchase furniture.

Super friendly with an enormous selection!!!!!

I worked with Tonya, extremely friendly and down to earth. Gave great advice, had great conversation and no one there tried to "push" a sale on me. It was all up to me! The prices are great, the selections were fantastic, from high price, to mediocre, to bargain pieces. I got the exact sofa I wanted. So happy I went there. WIll definitely be back to get more pieces for my new place. Please go and take a look and tell a friend!

Great Furniture & Fantastic Service

As a professional Home Stager, I have had many opportunities to rent furniture from Cort. When I have a challenging space or tight budget they patiently help me come up with a furniture selection. In the end the properties I'm staging, and me, look great! As far as I'm concerned, they are the only place to rent furniture.
