Having had many, many bad experiences with HVAC companies, I was prepared for nothing but disappointment and frustration when I chose Air Medic to install a new Trane furnace and air conditioner. I chose this company because the sales rep, JC, worked hard to get my business, but he was never pushy nor did he use any "hard sell" tactics that so many home improvement salespeople like do use. He also quoted me a very fair price. Nevertheless, as we all know, once the sale is complete, we often find that all the promises made get vaporized as soon as we sign on the dotted line. But, so far, I've been nothing but impressed with Air Medic. What really took me by surprise was the professionalism and friendliness of the installers, Angel and Gerard. Not only were they patient in answering my questions as the installation took place, they actually seemed enthused when telling me about my new system. And these guys weren't just "installers". They were well-educated, well-trained, gentlemen who seemed to actually be enthused about the product, and were also the first employees I've met in a long time who actually had nothing but good things to say about their employer. At the end of the day, they insisted on sweeping up the tiny amount of debris that naturally occurs with any sort of home improvement project (the house was probably cleaner when they left than it was before they arrived!), shook my hand, and drove off into the sunset. The sales rep, JC, was quick to follow up. Now, I can't say everything is working perfectly yet, because the system hasn't been used much at all. But if Air Medic continues to provide the high standard of service set by JC, Angel and Gerard, they'll have me as a customer for life.

I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to you and your team of professionals at Air Medic Heating and Air. I appreciate you taking my phone call at 9:30 pm and having your technician , Adam, at my house at 7:30 am the next morning. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue and recommend a viable solution in a timely fashion. The team that was dispatched to install the new furnace, coil, and condensing unit was also very professional and polite. Charles, Bobby, and Cory worked diligently and efficiently to complete the installation in much less time that I anticipated. This was very appreciated considering the near 100 temperatures we were experiencing. I will have no hesitation recommending Air Medic Heating and Air to anyone needing air conditioning service

I called air medic to get a quote for AC repair. Sal, the owner, told me that if we used them to perform the service we would receive a credit for the service charge ($49.95). Although we used them to perform the repair, the owner did not give us credit for the service charge. I have called him repeatedly and although he agreed that he forgot to give us credit for the service charge and would drop off the check, he never has.

Our unit stopped working this past weekend and no one would come

out to our home unless we would pay extra money for the service

call. I spoke to air medic and they were to my home in a little less

than an hour. They was able to fix the part, it was a bad fan motor.

The part was on their van and they warranty the fan motor for the

life of the unit. Quick, friendly. We will be using them again.

New Air Conditioning!!!. My wife and i spoke with three other company's before finding air medic on the yelp search. We called and spoke with Joseph and they arrived that day as promised. The thing we liked best about air medic was that they actually took the time to answer all of our questions... They even helped us with the energy rebates! We purchased a Carrier unit and we are now happy as can be. Fast friendly professional service

Professional HVAC Services in Austin. We just finished complete renovations on a 140 unit (section 8) complex. Air Medic was always on time and under set budget guidelines. VERY IMPORTANT when you are dealing with government agency's.
