Walk-ins welcome?. I visited Cathleen & Co. on a Sunday afternoon in search of a pedicure. The sign on the windows said "Walk-Ins Welcome," although I get the feeling that is not the case. The two employees working were both cutting hair. When I asked if someone was available to provide a pedicure, the two stylists had some sort of conversation between themselves and agreed that someone could help me, but it'd be a wait. Not wanting to inconvenience them with my business, I left. And will not go back...

Review by Melissarochpayne. The review by Melissa is a result of our refusing to fall for her scam. She claimed that her sister's perm didn't take and wanted a refund. We offered to fix the problem at no charge, however, the sister never showed up to tell us what she didn't like about her hair.

BEWARE..... BEWARE THIS SALON!!!! My sister went in to get a perm here and it came out straight as board! She went back in and they offered to color her damaged hair! I went in for her and asked for a refund and Cathleen the owner REFUSED. She said they have a sign that states no refunds. I looked for the sign that was hidded behi...nd a Welcome sign and it stated "No Cash Refunds" I have reported them to the BBB since she refused to offer any kind of refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!!

kinda like supercuts. my hair is messed up, i used to see marianne and after hearing that she left was convinced that someone else could take care of me. i scheduled an appointment with cathleen (who is the owner) my slightly stacked swing bob is now a wedge! i wont go back and wont tell my friends and family to either. after doing some looking i found marianne and she was able to fix it but i had to lose a lot of length. i left this same comment on the cathleen and company web site and it was deleted. i guess they only allow the good reviews, apparently autumn and valarie are great, i wish i would have seen one of them instead.
