Another regular customer let down. I go to Gattiland all the time. Every now and again I just pick up a pizza from the small location off Grand Ave. It never fails my pizza always gets messed up or cooked poorly. And everytime the General Manager will not take a minute of her time to apoligize or acknowledge the error in anyway. Sally (I think is her name) always makes her employees give the bad news. This is the last time I will ever get a pizza from that location. The manager needs to take some serious customer service classes.

Unfortunately, I called to order a pizza today and asked to speak with a manager, not realizing that the manager answers the phone. Immediately the woman i was speaking to by the name of kristen informed me she was the manager. She didn't seem like she was too happy to be at work and her tone was very displeasing. Don't bother contacting this location unless you must, i would recommend calling the Round Rock Location or another Mr. Gattis in Austin where people are actually happy to serve you!
