Aversion therapy.
As far as I can tell, one star is too much.
I'm suppose to have a lumbar injection of steriods for no lumbar pain.
Oh but I can have Ultram 50 mg twice a day.
Then I can wait 2-6 weeks to see if the lumbar injection has helped my thoracic, cervical spine, my shoulder, hand and arm pain.
Even a 7th grade student would realize that an "pain" injection in the lower back is not going to go up the back. Where do you suppose these guys went to school.
Oh, and Dr. Malone, I really don't think that is a real person.
I got Ultram 50 mg every 6 hours from my primary care physician. So why bother with these guys.
Aversion therapy maybe?
Got A Lot of Convincing to Do. Mine has been a rough beginning with an established and large practice. My first impression of a service oriented business is the attitude shown by the telephone receptionist; their sensitivity to the consumer, their sincerity in relating, and how knowledgeable they are about their organization. The first words I heard when the phone was answered was, "How can I direct your call?', spoken so fast it sounded like jibberish. "How would I know? was my response. She was noticeably aggrevated that I would ask questions, told me she would transfer me, and all of a sudden I'm greeted by the Patient Registrar. I was forwarded back to the Appointment person who did give me an appointment, alright, but to the wrong of fice. (I think the team moves between the offices.) When I arrived at the correct office 20 mins. later, the attitude displayed by the recpetionist could have made me feel like a demented old man, like it was my fault! Next I was given an appointment to a Counselor to determine my suitability (I guess) for a certain procedure. Believe it or not, the date and location of the appointment written on the back of a business card were wrong. For the 2nd time in a row, i was led on a wild-goose chase. You know, when you're desperate for help, you will keep quiet and accept this kind of behavior from providers and their staff. I won't do that anymore, starting with this review, and then my letter to the Medical Director and Administrator. A simple 1-day customer relations training for the staff could work wonders--if the administration is willing to accept they have a problem instead of trying to explain it away and then follow-up with by strongly support the staff involvement--including themselves.
The People Here are Awesome. Since seeing these doctors, my quality of life has improved dramatically from traditional physicians care. No one should expect life without pain (without being in a coma). Everyone here has helped me find a manageable level of pain and a better quality of life. I thank you all. Thank you for your help, education and understanding. I know it's not easy being a patient, so I can only imagine all of you having to deal with multiple patients with multiple problems. Thank you all for being there for me and for caring.
Happy with the Service. I was very happy with the service I got. The doctor was very clear with his suggestion for treatment of my condition. He also showed that he has knowledge of what and how to start treating my condition. I would recommend him to my family and friends. He was very friendly with a beautiful personality, and I took forward to working with him to treat my condition.
Great Practice. They do everything that my old pain doctor didn't do. The addressed my concerns and were actually interested in my well-being. thanks, and keep up the good work!
Good Practice, My Pain is Manageable Now. The doctors get to know the patients, so you don't get stuck repeating possibilities, such as procedures, techniques, and other solutions to the patient's particular problem. I've been going here for a long time, and the doctor is excellent and knows my case well. He's observant and a good listener and he always seems to know what I need as well as tells me how to achieve better pain relief, through exercise and procedures if need be. The meds I'm on seem to be working very well for me and I am now on an even level of pain relief.
Helpful and Friendly Doctors and Staff. Everyone in this office is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I get great care from the front desk, nurses, and doctors, as well as great medical advice.
Competent AND Caring medical providers. The staff here is very friendly and punctual - I have never waited more than 10 minutes after arriving. The Physician's Assistants are wonderful - seem to be just as competent as the physicians and are able to spend time getting to know you. Staff always treat you with respect and know and review your history at each appointment. I've seen several of the P.A.'s and they are all terrific at insuring that you are taking your medication correctly and dealing with any side effects appropriately.
Best Doctors EVER!!!!. Dr. Malone is incredible. He really understands the nature of pain & how it varies. He took the time to listen to me & understand MY story. I wasn't just a number. We discussed options & he spent time explaining the process of managing/curing my pain. The staff is incredible too. They seem to sincerely want to help. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone suffering! Treatment has worked and I am now pain free!!!!!
