Honest, Trustworthy, Good Final Product. I unfortunately went through another company who subbed out Chapman Woodworks and had many problems with that company but Shawn at Chapman Woodworks was very honest with me and made everything right.

Shawn came out and offered good suggestions to make our design more functional in our kitchen, which was a big help. The cabinets look great now, and there are only a few minor things they missed initially, that they came back and fixed (missing door stops). The cabinet installers (subbed out by Chapman) broke our sink, and Chapman sent us a check right away for the cost of the sink (no questions asked). If I had to do it over again, I would go directly through Chapman. My only complaint is that the owner can be difficult to get a hold of, but that is a minimal complaint at best. The final product looks great.
