Jewel in South Austin!. what a pleasure it is to go to Shine Salon. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Patricia (the owner) is a doll! She has created a salon space that is modern, sophisticated , and welcoming. My stylist Keith Pattillo is amazing! I really look foward to my monthly appointments, because he makes me feel beautiful.
