eh, just okay. Having a man confirm your appt, not cool. I would say the waxing itself is good, they really aren't the best at marketing so I hope they continue to do well, once they had a guy confirm my appt and it was not a good experience, but the staff handling the actual wax appts were…

Very clean and friendly. I was nervous about getting my first bikini wax. I made an appointment at the waxing studio with Kristin. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The place smelled great and was clean too. The waxing was quick and almost painless!
