LOVE Crystal!

Crystal KNOWS curly hair. It is hard to find someone who understands the temperment of my hair (and yes, it does have it's own temperment!) but Crystal not only knows and understands my curly hair, it listens to her! Thanks to her, my hair is actually manageable and looks good!

I have been going to Crystal for years and recommend so many friends and coworkers. She is awesome - I will follow her anywhere! I am glad she has landed at Karma. Love the atmosphere and decor, and it is so convenient to downtown.

Crystal has become a trusted friend over the years. Who else would I trust to cut and color my hair when I was 9 mos pregnant?! Love, love, LOVE Crystal!

AWESOME HAIRSTYLIST

Crystal was made to do hair. She is so awesome. She has done my hair for the past at least 5 or 6 years and I've followed her since she was in hair school. She's so worth it. I've never been disappointed, and she is good at caring about her clients and their opinions. She loves hair and you can tell. I strongly recommend her!

Crystal is the Best!

Crystal Blackerby has been my hair stylist - rather hair expert for several years now. If you want a great stylist that really cares about her clients, you should visit Crystal Blackerby at Karma Salon. I'm a no-frills kind of girl and I don't ever really know what I want when I go in to see Crystal. Crystal always helps me figure out exactly what I want, she keeps impeccable records of my previous cuts and color appointments, and I never leave looking anything less than fabulous. More importantly, for someone that doesn't really care much for luxury, my hair cut experience with Crystal is a special treat to myself without the hefty pricetag of other snooty salons. I have had people literally stop me on the street to find out where I got my color done! What are you waiting for, really? Do you want someone to tell you your hair looks BAD before you make an appointment? Why not make an appointment and start fending off the shower of compliments you'll get on your hair. :D

Additionally, Crystal has a strong commitment to the Austin community. Crystal partners with my young professional group - the Young Women's Alliance - to keep our ladies lookin' good while they're out there changing the world.
