Like going to a personal counselor and
physical therapist all in one: Sundara Yoga Therapy is more personalized that regular yoga classes, with an intent on self-healing. I attended a session for anxiety (which was wonderful), but you can also set up sessions for physical pain too, like back pain or chronic headaches.
Sundara is a wonderful studio in which all the instructors are first class. From gentle to vigorous, they are sensitive to their classes' needs and abilities, as well as being fun and engaging. It is a friendly community of people and the tea is super yummy. Genevieve is doing a terrific job!
