10 out of 10!. From the moment I called to place the order to the ending delivery, Texas Blooms was 5 star all around. For starters, the website was very well laid out, very comprehensive, and easy to find the perfect arrangement. Then, the lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite, helpful, and professional. I told her my circumstances, I had a very small window through which to get this delivery in order to surprise my girlfriend. On the given day, the delivery was spot on time. Lastly, the flowers were so BEAUTIFUL and looked just like they did in the sample picture. I will definitely make a habit of ordering from Texas Blooms!

Awesome Service. Fabulous!!! Very Unique Layout and Design!!! I Love It! Thanks Again! My mom was absolutely delighted. She phoned me the day they came, and again yesterday, to say what a beautiful arrangement they were. She loved the chocolates and the card, it was all great. Thank you so much, I'll be in touch again. all the best.‎

Trustworthy. Thank you, thank you again for your service. Ms. Kruger loved the flowers, called me yesterday, beaming about their beauty. The main office was expecting them to be delivered there, to give to her afterwards, so that was the reason for my call, but you did one better, walking down the center aisle :) She was my favorite teacher from jr. high school and I and other former students have never forgotten her and what she did for us. Thanks again !!

Superb Service. All I can say is wow! When I noticed the flowers in my dressing room before the wedding I had to run over to see them. They turned out beautifully! The bouquets, bouts, corsages, cake flowers, hair flowers, everything! Thank you so much for your patience throughout the process. Justin and I are thrilled with how well the flowers accented our day! Thank you.

Flowers may or may not be delivered. Good luck.. I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentines day. By 3pm they still had not been delivered. The customer service was no help. They only know the status of deliveries after their drivers have returned at 4pm.

I was imbaraced and hurt that my wife was not able to recieve her flowers before she left school for the day. I will never order from this store again.

Couldn't imagine anything better. Texas blooms has a great website. I was able to quickly browse through the different arrangements to find the perfect match for my budget and taste. This should be a plus for anyone who doesn't have the time to go from floral shop to floral shop searching for a specific display. The website was helpful, the selection was hot, but the customer service is what made me presently loyal to Texas Blooms. I called maybe a half hour before closing but any onlooker wouldn't know it because the attendant was extremely patient with me and even customized my order free of charge. Not only that, but she waited after hours for me to pick up the arrangement, which was so breathtaking that I had a hard time giving it away. I could go on... but i don't want this to show up in the personals section. Good luck.

Use at your own risk!. I asked my secretary to order flowers to congratulate a new mom who was out on maternity leave. She had the unfortunate experience of ordering flowers from Texas Blooms. Several days later, I saw the new mom and asked if she had received her new flowers. She had not. When we called the florist to find out why, they claimed to have left the flowers at the front door when no one answered. The staff was extremely rude and unappologetic and refused to redeliver the flowers at no cost. As a result, we canceled payment on the credit card and ordered from a more reliable florist. I have never heard of a florist leaving flowers at the door! Extremely poor customer service as far as I'm concerned.
