Stylist is out sick today. Would you like to reschedule?. I have had four hair appointments at Simply Utopia. Before each appointment, I was called and told, "The stylist is out sick today. Would you like to reschedule?" I did reschedule the first 3 times but not the fourth time. I need a stylist that is going to show up for my appointments! I will not be returning to Simply Utopia.

great haircut and massage. used to be a sports clips customer, however I can get a great haircut MVP style for less money and get better treatment that the other hair cutter place, also had a massage which was fabulous, I highly recommend this place to any sports clip customers or anyone else who wants a good , no great haircut!!!!

Great massage. This salon/spa was just right for my massage. The prices are so reasonable for the quality service offered. The best massage I have ever experienced, as Michelle was happy to spend as much time on my shoulders as I needed. GREAT! I'll be back.

bad experience. I’ve had my hair cut, colored, and even chemically straightened at Simply Utopia and I’ve been quite satisfied with the results. My last service was no exception however when I got home I realized I was doubled charged. An honest mistake I’m sure. My issue comes from the fact it took weeks to be reimbursed. My first attempt at contacting Michelle (the owner) was futile as she said she mailed me a check but I never received it. Weeks past. I called again to ask about it and she said she needed to talk to her bank (like, that was my problem). She never called me back. Third call to her I left a message and no return call. I finally dropped in on my own time and finally received my reimbursement. Let me add there was no apology through this whole process whatsoever, even when I faced her to pick it up. My husband and I used to own our own business and we always treated our clients with integrity and respect. They always came first. They have lost me as a client.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS NEW SALON!. I came into this salon as a walk in. I was a little nervous but they made me feel at home! My regular stylist was out of town and needed my hair done this week. I went into Simply Utopia and got my hair done. I LOVE my new hairstylist. She was also telling me that they also do massages there! I will be there for sure next month THANKS GUYS!!!

great place to go for color, cuts,and massages.. I have gone many places to find the perfect place that will do my hair the exact way that I ask them to do it. Believe me when I tell you that I have been to many salons..... I am so pleased with this salon that I tell everyone that likes my hair, where I go and how good they are. So if you are in need of a good cut, color, and an excellent massage this is the go to place. The prices are also very reasonable. Give them a try you will be very pleased.

great haircut and massage. The salon staff was very courteous. Jennifer, the stylist, was detailed,. and listened to what I wanted. I got my haircut first and then had a great massage. After my massage she washed and styled my hair so I could go on about my day. I will definitely go again. Reasonable prices and probably one of the best massages I have ever had.
