Ask for Crystal. Crystal Blackerby has been my hair stylist for a number of years, and I can't be happier now that she is at Salon Presly. My hair is naturally really blah, super straight, super fine, and just a sorta mousy brown-blond. Crystal always makes me look like a freakin' movie star - the color and cut are perfect - and she really knows how to get the most out of your hair. She knows a lot about products, and can make recommendations about what and how to get the look at home. Don't worry, you're getting a hair cut, not a sales pitch for products. Further, I'm recently married and of course I went to Crystal for my wedding needs. Both myself and my bridal party looked amazing. The look I wanted required some hair extensions, and Crystal was again a perfect resource, getting me the most for my money, and making sure I would look fabulous on my perfect day. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, if you'd rather fend off showers of compliments than bad hair days, make an appointment with Crystal - right - now. Mike is the King. Mike is the one for me. I can walk in with a mess and walk out feeling like a beauty queen. He considers the shape of my face, and the amount of work I want to put into my daily routine, with those he creates a masterpiece. I just love going there

I Drive 200 miles to have Crystal cut my hair!. A few years back, I started noticing that my daughter's hair looked "model-ready" & asked her who was doing her hair? You guessed it: Crystal!

The next time I was in Austin (live in Dallas) I had my daughter make me an appointment for cut & color. I found Crystal personable but best of all, she knew how to cut & style curly hair!

Needless to say, I have never had my hair cut in Dallas again! Truth be told, I don't just drive down for a haircut, but am able to combine a visit with my daughter & grandchildren who all go to Crystal, making all of us a very stylish family!

Also love the location & ambiance of Salon Presly.

Kim is the BEST!. Kim has been my hair stylist for almost 10 years (she actually used to do my hair while she was in beauty school)! I can't say enough great things about her. She is truly talented, and I couldn't imagine anyone else coloring or cutting my hair.

P.S. Salon Presley is such a cool looking salon...it's so sheek. :)

Crystal is the best!. I have been seeing Crystal Blackerby for years now, and I've recently followed her to Salon Presly. I love it! She's been at a few different salons over the years, and this is my favorite so far! The atmosphere is wonderful, and all of the stylists have been friendly and helpful. It's super clean and I love that the owner has a little dog that runs around and loves to say hello! I'm never disappointed with my haircut or color, and it's wonderful to have a stylist that you can give little to no direction to and come out with a great look every single time. I've gone from platinum to strawberry blonde to deep red and back and I've loved it every time! Thanks Crystal!

ask for Michael, the boss. I've been goiing to Michael for about a year now, ever since he moved into that space on the corner of Medical Pkway and 42nd. He charges a reasonable rate--$30--for a dependable, professional haircut. He's a no-bullshit guy who gets you in and out. And all the succulents outside the shop came from his garden!

Kim is the best!!!. I was referred to Kim Tolbert by a friend and am glad I was! I have been to several salons since I moved here and by far Kim is the best. She was extremely professional and took pride in her work. Great cut and Great color. The salon had an at home feel, as well. Very clean and very comfortable.

I love Salon Presley. I have been going to Kim Tolbert for years. There is no one else I would trust fully with my hair, except for Michael. Her sense of color and style is unmatched, in my opinion. She will never just let you do anything to your hair, she is very careful to make sure that what she gives you is what you need. Highly recommended to everyone. Great Place for Hair. A refreshing change to the big 20 chair salon!!

Salon Presly is a warm friendly salon.

Doing great hair is the bussiness. I went in looking for a total new style. After cutting five inches of the back and a awesome new cut I walked out grinning from ear to ear.

Salon Presly is a cut above!!. Salon Presly is tucked into a very nice area on Medical Parkway. You are relaxed as soon as you walk through the doors by the colors and atmosphere. The owner, Michael B.,will greet you very warmly and make you feel at home in his salon. All the staff are excellent. I've been going to Michael for almost as long as he's been cutting hair (decades now) and I always feel a lift to have my hair renewed by Michael. I love him so much I travel all the way from Houston. I highly recommend this wonderful salon.
