Great care and service. We are relatively new to the Austin area and needed a vet for our two cats. Since we did not know of a vet in this area I turned to the internet. The reviews I read online about Bee Cave Veterinary Clinic made my choice easy. I can say now after my experience with Bee Cave Veterinary Clinic that I would highly recommend Dr. Reinap. He and his assistant, Hannah were professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They did not rush us in and out. They took a genuine interest to help provide care for our cats.

If you are looking for the right vet and it is important to you that the vet is professional, caring, and an expert in veterinarian medicine then I highly recommend Dr. Reinap and his wonderful staff (Hannah).

Dr. Reinap and his amazing staff genuinely care!. We decided to bring our cat (Warren) in for a check up because he was exhibiting some symptoms of diabetes. First of all, he's pretty jittery and nervous so that was a concern...and I didn't want to take him to Banfield (which is also close by) because of a previous bad experience with our other cat. Not to mention, I really, really hate their conveyor-belt-style, money-generating-at-whatever-cost methods:

1. Bring in much beloved pet at ridiculously early hour and leave with grimacing, yawning desk help.

2. Receive phone call HOURS later to address original issue, along with a list of newly discovered, very expensive, life-threatening issues that need to be addressed immediately...or else.

3. Pick up frazzled and miserable, poked and prodded, much beloved pet and pay $$$$.

So, I remembered a recommendation from a local about Bee Cave Veterinary Clinic, looked them up on the internet, liked what I saw, called them up, and the cat was seen the same day. Helped us the second we walked in, and results back in 20 minutes. Impressive!

Bottom line: After this initial visit, I will have no qualms about bringing my "kids" to them in the future. They really do give a damn, and are not about dipping into your wallet. Dr. Reinap is smart as heck and really knows what he is doing. No B.S. Trust his advice. Gentle handling and gentle care from all staff members. BTW...Warren was deemed "healthy." So no worries there, and better safe than sorry.

Dr. Rienap Should Be Your Vet, Too!. I have been to EVERY veterinary clinic in the Lakeway area of Austin. I have met their staff and researched their prices & services. Pity, I did not learn of Dr. Rienap until AFTER I had tried several other clinics. Because I have done my research, I feel qualified in highly recommending Dr. Rienap & his staff.

After a salon appointment next door, I stopped in their office to check them out. Jenna introduced herself & happily suggested I meet Dr. Rienap. He is the ONLY vet that I visited that took the time to meet & greet a “potential” new client. I liked his manner and professionalism from the start.

Less than 5 days later, I had to take my sick little puppy, Pablo, in for an exam. I chose to take him to Dr. Rienap instead of the last two vets we had visited. We walked in without an appointment and were reassured that the Dr. would see us shortly. Emma took copious notes during the intake interview and managed to win Pablo's (and my) heart, too. Dr. Rienap was caring and focused as he examined Pablo to diagnose his illness.

I was happily surprised to hear a conservative treatment plan of antibiotic, anti-diarrheal and a bland diet as a course of action. What a relief...no hard sell of unnecessary procedures and retail products. I actually felt like I was at a real (human) doctor’s office (instead of a “multi-level pet product showroom” with a snake oil salesman in a lab coat!).

What a fabulous experience. I have complete confidence in Dr. Rienap and his staff at Bee Cave Veterinary Clinic. You should, too!!

Superior Service for our new dog. On our initial visit with our new rescue dog, the staff was friendly and helpful, the Doctor performed a complete exam and gave suggestions, he had a kind hand which gave comfort to our nervous dog. The office is neat an orderly and very clean. We would not hesitate to recommend this vet to any of our friends.

People who care about your pet. Moved to Austin in May/2009 with 4 dogs. Live just outside the Lakeway area. We found Dr. Rienap very caring for our pets. His attention to detail is what gave us comfort in knowing our pets were in very good caring hands. Jenna demonstrated her professional vet skills when Sheba became sick with an ear infection. She has also taken very good care of Moshe, Sophie and Delila. We are very happy to know Dr Rienap is taking care of our pets.
