Great People, Great Service!

I went to Optique after having it recommended by a friend. It was a totally different experience from the other eye doctors I've been to before. They had technology I'd never seen before that made the visit quick and painless (no need to dilate!). The store was in a cool part of downtown, and had a very modern look. Dr. Rhodes was very nice, and when I went to pick up my glasses Ashley offered to stay late just so I could get them that evening! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone.

Great Designer Store

I love this place! I was looking for a new pair of glasses and happened upon Optique. I work downtown so it was a great location for me. I ended up getting a great pair of Oliver Peoples glasses. They didn't have the color I wanted in store, so they ordered them and were very quick to respond and the glasses came in right on time. They also take insurance which is a plus.

I will be back for sure!

The Ideal Experience - Very Friendly and Super Efficient

I called to schedule an appointment with Optique Eyewear after being referred by a friend. The location is downtown and super convenient. They were incredibly friendly on the phone and in person, sending me insurance forms via email to complete paperwork in advance of my visit. Then, when I arrived on site, there was hardly a 5 minute wait before I saw the doctor and got squared away with new RX and contacts for the year! My questions were answered professionally, and they followed up with me after my appointment. Honestly, it was an ideal experience and I'm sure I'll be a customer of Optique for many years to come.

Best Little Eyewear Boutique in Texas!

I can see!!! After years of putting off my eye exam, I finally went downstairs to Optique and was so pleased by the service and over all experience I decided to create a citysearch account and write a small review. From the beginning to the end, it was a very nice and pleasant experience. Yes, they have a nice selection of eyewear and the place is nice and clean but what makes this place special is the staff. Dr. Rhodes and her staff are amazing! Sweet, accommodating, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, friendly, not pushy, smart etc.

I'm not good at writing reviews but just wanted to share with you all- give them a try and I guarantee you'll enjoy it. Did I mention this was a state of the art facility? Did I also mention I look great in my glasses?

Great Customer Service

I went to get my yearly check up and everyone there was super! They let you check yourself in on the computer... and provided you with a refreshment when you arrive. The staff is very attentive to your needs and really show interest in you as person. Loved it, recommending all my friends.
