Water installation on Sat. for no extra charge.. Our water heater died over night and I started calling plumbing companies @ 8:00 in the morning. The Plumbinators were the only company that called me back and they did it within 5 min. of me leaving a message. I talked to Mickey--owner--he would have his sons right over and right over they came. They took out my old rusty water heater and replaced it w/a new and they were finished by noon. This family was a pleasure to be around with family fun joking to entertain us. These are good christian folks who's #1 goal is to see you get through the problem you called on them for. I was reassured many times to call w/any questions or problem that might happen down the road and that gives a person peace of mind--and I know he meant it.

Excellent Service and Fair Price ! !. It’s every homeowner’s worst nightmare—the sink backs up, spilling oily gray water all over the floor. Guests are coming over in a day, and nothing gets the clog out—not the plunger, not the 25-foot auger, not even the chemicals that are no good for the pipes (but really, what won’t you try when you are THAT desperate?). Can’t use the sink, can’t use the laundry machine or the dishwasher, and all you can see is a stream of money flowing from your wallet down, down down the drain…

Especially in this economy, looking for a plumber is an anxiety-ridden process (akin to looking for a mechanic) that seems more a choice between getting overcharged and getting REALLY overcharged. Which is why finding The Plumbinator is a stroke of luck that, while not on the level of winning megabucks, is at least equivalent in magnitude to a winning scratch-off ticket. These guys deserve serious props for providing good, honest, ethical, local service at an extremely competitive and fair price—qualities you don’t find in companies too often these days. I know businesses and I know services and beyond the shadow of a doubt recommend The Plumbinator to my mother!

Best service I've ever had no BS. I have had the Plumbinator crew do work for me twice now, I am moving to Belton, I can only hope that if I need a plumber in the future, that I can find a crew that is as good as Mickey and his son.

If you want a reasonable no BS fix for your plumbing needs, you should call them first.

Their work is top notch, and their prices are better than anyone else.

The only reason i called them in the first place is because the "big name" plumbing companies wouldn't return my phone call on a weekend.

Strike one up for the small business owner on this one.

I'm glad i called them.

Nice guy, great job.. Our water heater gave up the ghost a couple of months ago. It was the original one that came with the house, and had not been installed with a drain pan or a drain.

After not getting any worthwhile reccomendations from friends, I called around and searched the internet. I found "The Plumbinator" online, had some good reviews, figured I'd give him a shot.

Wasn't dissapointed. Really nice guy, did a great job. Not only installed the new water heater, but put in a drain pan as well a drain. Not a huge deal, but really appreciated the extra effort to do the job right. On top of all that, it all ended up costing me less than what other plumbers had quoted.

Will definitely call him again next time we have a plumbing issue.

Repeat Costumers. We used them in November for a water leak in our ceiling beneath from our upstairs bathroom. That repair went wonderfully! He showed up quickly and fixed the problem and set us up with the drying service and sheetrock repairmen! Having a leak was never so easily fixed for us, one call did it ALL! We called them back to replace one of our toilets and fix our masterbath showers lack of pressure. His son's replaced the toilet while he worked on our showers poor pressure. He tired a few things which sorta helped a little and didn't stop looking for the root cause until we were satisfied with the repair. Our shower is now heaven! I can't believe we waited so long to have him come out and look...he is truely a miracle worker with plumbing! Thank you guys for such wonderful repairs! As far as we're concerned, you guys are the ONLY plumbers in Austin!

Excellent Plumber - Amazing Value!!. This is a local, family-owned & family run business that is run with integrity, honesty & comfortable professionalsm. NO MARK UP ON PARTS!!! Actually fixes the problem or won't charge you!! This is the company we have all been wishing for!!

Charges are extremely fair & clearly explained (far better than all other 5 other plumbers I have used in past plus fixed problem for less than the others who kept "patching and charging more each time"). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Especailly for women: Owner makes you feel like it's your favorite uncle coming over to help you fix the problem! Explains what is wrong clearly and even shows you how to fix the problem.

I finally have found a company I can trust that will not take advantage of me. This is definately the company to use!

All the single ladies.... Living alone, it is very important to me to feel like I am not being taken advantage of by service people who come to the house to fix things I have no clue about... (ie plumbing) The Plumbinator was so fair & honest--totally lived up to the excellent reviews on city search... so much so that I was compelled to add one more '5 star' review here.

honest, dependable. Mickey replaced our toilets through the City of

Austin program, at the quoted price. He also

replaced an outside faucet that was leaking.

Reasonable rates for a long visit, and I would not

hesitate to use him again. Dependable small family

operation. Disclaimer - I knew him personally

before he set up on his own, but I would still

write a bad review if he deserved it!

Fair. I thought I had a leak in my plumbing. The guys first checked my washer and found it was leaking and the water was flowing into a crack in the wall. Bottom line, they were there for 5 minutes, there was no plumbing to do and they didn't charge me for the call. Maybe it was a Christmas gift since it was two days away, but I appreciated it and will call them when I really need plumbing work done.
