My husband and I finally were able to take our honeymoon, after 2 years. Originally, Marina planned our honeymoon for the month after we got married. She helped us choose Jamaica. However, my husband's career path changed and we ended up moving across the country. With the timing of the new job and the move we could not take our trip. Marina was so understanding and kind! I promised that when we were a bit more stable and could do so we would take the trip of our dreams and Marina would be our agent! Besides marrying the love of my life, using her as our agent was the best decision of my life! She set us up with a wonderful trip to Venice, Italy for a total of 5 nights and then a 7 night cruise to Italy, Greece, and Turkey. I have never traveled outside the country nor have I done a cruise. She made me feel confident that we would love the trip and we absolutely did. Not only did she give us that confidence to go and do this but she was timely and helped us stay within our budget. We won't use anyone but Marina!

Trip to Costa Rica!. I just got back from a trip to Costa Rica that Marina planned for my group of 22! She researched and presented various options of locations and resorts before we decided on the RIU in Cost Rica. We went through all kinds of decision factors, and she worked hard to keep the trip affordable for us. She planned our plane flights, resort reservations, and airport transportation, so we didn't have to worry about a thing! Marina is very pleasant to work with and did an amazing job coordinating such a large group of 22. She was always prompt with her correspondence and would even at times respond on weekends!

Once we arrived in Costa Rica everything went smoothly and we were well taken care of. The resort was perfect for our group, and we had a wonderful time! Use Marina as your travel agent and you won't regret it!

Jamaica Trip. Marina did a great job planning my group of 8's trip to Jamaica. She found us an affordable trip in a nice resort, including airfare and transportation to-and-from the resort and the airport. When we first checked into the resort, they claimed to be out of double queen rooms and put 4 of us in a king room. Marina immediately contacted the resort and got us all sorted out and put in the right room.

I highly recommend Marina for planning your travels. She is quick with communication and is always working to help you. We had a great time in Jamaica, stress-free with Marina!

A Travel...Angel!. Marina really makes arranging the trip entirely stress free. Plus, she is super knowledgeable, friendly, and sweet to top it off!

As a recent college graduate (Go longhorns!) my boyfriend and I wanted to celebrate my accomplishments while also not going further into debt. We had already chosen a few destinations, a hotel (Stay in a tree house? Yes, please!), and some activities (camping, surfing). She had not worked with people who wanted to camp out before, but she immediately pulled her Costa Rican resources and sent me info about camping in Costa Rica, including necessary safety precautions.

While she could not arrange (make reservation etc.) the actual camping, she did everything else for us! She helped us map out a travel route and also made arrangements for hotel and activities. She provided easy to read info on renting a car, more activities if we chose to add them (zip line, white water rafting, rappelling, snorkeling and others!) She was very good at communicating, always keeping us up to speed on safety in costa rica, driving, road conditions, weather, and all sorts of useful info.

One of my favorite aspects of working with Marina was how easy she is to work with, truly a wonderful lady! As I mentioned, we are a couple who is still living the college life. She pleasantly worked with us so that we could afford this dream vacation and have money to spend while there! Thank you Marina, BEST GRADUATION GIFT--SO FAR : )

Additionally, Marina's emails are very straightforward and I never felt overwhelmed at any time. She sent me carefully selected links and videos (informative 5-10 minute videos) so we could learn more about the culture we were was about to submerse ourselves into, but we did not have to spend hours at the computer. We both feel so much more aware and knowledgeable about what to expect then we did when researching on our own-that got overwhelming! Our trip is in June, after that I'll let you know how it goes!

Marina knows her travel!. We can't say enough wonderful things about Marina. When 5 of us decided to find a tropical paradise to scuba dive, we asked Marina about Belize. Not only did she recommend the PERFECT accommodations, but she arranged all the tricky and sometimes confusing transfers to get to our hotel. We were treated like VIP's and we are already planning our next vacation through Marina.

She is 5 star all the way. Thanks Marina for helping us have the best vacation ever!

Excellent experience. My wife and I recently returned from a marvelous vacation to the Riu Place Riviera Maya in Playa del Carmen. The trip would not have been as wonderful had it not been for the services of Marina and the extras she provides. Her careful attention to detail is uncanny. Marina, thank you for being a part of our memorable experience.

Incredible Honeymoon experience!. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Marina booking our honeymoon to Playa del Carmen (@ The Royal). Marina's suggestions and helpful information made our trip go smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about a thing.

We had no clue where to go, but told Marina what we were looking for and she nailed it. After booking, so many friends told us that The Royal was the best place to go - Marina was right on. She got us a great deal, and made sure we had exactly what we wanted in the type of room, resort and service we were looking for.

We'll definitely use her again!

Wonderful!. Marina helped me with everything for our trip to Costa Rica. I have to say that this is my first time using a travel agent and it was nice to just tell someone what I wanted and have it happen! The hotels were great, her advice was great, and everything ran smoothly. Can't beat that.

The best Travel Agent...... When I decided to take my kids on vacation I contacted Marina Byrum. WIthout question, she went above and beyond in helping me determine which hotel that fit my budget and located a hotel near our intended destination. When the hotel became difficult with the parking situation and we decided to stay elsewhere, Marina was available to help us solve the issue and move on to a better situation. In our case we had two families staying together and they would allow only one vehicle to park within 4 miles of our destination. With young children sleeping in the car, they wouldn't even allow us to park and unload. Hence our midnight move to new accomodations. I have recommended others to Marina and everyone has had glowing reviews about her and her services. You'd be a fool to plan your own vacation, not only will Marina get the best price, but frequently get un advertised perks and or upgrades not available to the internet shopper. And, if she can't, she simply tell you! But in my experience...that is rare! I also had her plan a hotel stay for a concert in Vegas at the last minute...She actually got me a hotel right at the Venue!....Keep up the good work Marina...

Best Experience Ever!. We love, love, love Marina! She is amazing! My fiance and I were having a difficult time deciding where to go for our honeymoon, so we contacted Marina. We shamelesslychanged our mind multiple times, had her change our rooms and our flights, and she was always there with a fast response no matter what time of day. She was incredibly patient and knowledgable. We really cannot say enough good things about her! She knew everything about our flights, connections, customs, hotel transportation, and the resorts themselves. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thanks, Marina!
