Friendly place.. I recently started doing yoga. My friend took me to black swan. I thought the class was great and they are careful to keep from pushing beginners too far. I got a good workout but wasn't so challenged that I didn't want to come back. I also love that the classes are donation based so I don't have to pay a huge fee for the class. I just come when I feel like doing yoga and pay what I can for the class.
