Inside this humble, flame-colored building is a huge brick-fronted wood-burning oven, carefully set back from the counter so the staff won't get too hot (a tragic pizza casualty). The pizza oven is

used to roast olives, which become juicy and meatier from the
treatment and are a yummy appetizer as the main attraction crisps to
perfection. A simple menu of nine sizzling pies are traditional only
in their foundation: savory-sweet tomato sauce, cheese, crust.
