A Great Alternative for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

I had the pork empanada last week and I am IMPRESSED. This is a great alternative to breakfast tacos and definately different from all the other trailers out there.

Know Before You Go:
Due to deliciousness and popularity, many empanadas sell out quickly and sometimes, the truck needs repairs and isn't there. The tasty bundles are also sold at Wheatsville, Nomad Bar, FOOD! FOOD!, Whip in, Thom's Market, Cuba Libre, Rio Rita and Royal Blue Grocery.
Fun Fact:
GQ Magazine named this food truck one of America's 10 best. The golden, flaky, home-made bundles are yet another reason to visit Austin.
