Citysearch Editorial Review. There must be good karma in the former spot of Gingerman, the still-going beloved brewpub that moved around the corner. This narrow wooden building, which feels like a cabin amid towering glass skyscrapers, didn't update much, just lost a few taps and added more bands. Solid booking of underground, cult, and up-and-coming acts coupled with local heros make this a destination for music fans seeking a homey escape from the boxy clubs the Warehouse district is known for. Rough wooden floors and a pool table encourage lingering for hours.
