We needed a new water heater (unfortunately)! After his free initial visit, the owner, Tim consulted with us on the different options for our situation from least expensive to higher end water heater units. He educated us on the pros & cons of each choice. We fwlt no pressure either way. When the workers showed up they were on time, friendly, professional & efficient in their work. They even vacummed & actually left the area cleaner than it had been! Our water is hot again! We have found our plumber & gladly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services!
