Always a winner

We've dined at Zoot at their old location and several times at their new spot in Bee Caves. I have to say that they are one of the best restaurants we've tried in Austin. I love their bar happy hour where you can get phenomenal food and a glass of wine for rediculously cheap prices. I've met the owner and he's a really friendly nice man. It's a pleasure to have such a nice restaurant in this part of town.

Mouth Watering Chicken & Duck!

We Love Zoot! I went to try Zoot for the first time the other day with my daughter and we were more than impressed. Finally a restaurant in Bee Caves with food worth bragging about! The staff was very attentative to our needs as well. I highly recommend the Duck my daughter had it was so scrumptous it melts in your mouth! It's no wonder because we found it had been marinating over nite! My chicken was one of the juiceist I have had in a long time. Finally I scored and did not have to be disappointed, like I have been lately with the restaurants in the Bee Cave area. We even got to meet the owner Stewart who shared with us his passion behind the great food he serves. Go to Zoot you won't be disappointed. There is passion behind every meal and it shows in the taste!

My wife and I have been going to Zoot for several years. We have not been back since they have moved out to the Bee Cave location until recently.
The restaurant remains fantastic!. We always get the Chef's tasting menu with wine pairings. Every dish is always perfect. The wine pairings are well done and make the experience.
I asked the waiter how they make such a consistently fantastic duck confit and was greated by Stewart- the owner- who had a glass of wine with us and went over his approach to confit. A great experience!
