It's conceivable you could buy a round for the whole bar with $50 at Liberty, where few drinks cost over $7 (and most are much, much cheaper than that). This is important to remember after you've done your taxes, and are upset at the outcome -- at The Liberty, you're never too broke to drown your sorrows.

Uber dive embraces Americana tattoo imagery and cheap beer.. East 6th Street has become a beacon of sorts for the tattooed set who love to drink; this place draws a crowd interested in music, art and dedicated hangs. The roomy backyard patio is inviting with plenty of seating and a bocce--yes, a bocce--court. Indoors are comfy booths and tables, graffiti-inspired art, pool tables, pinball machines and a jukebox. Being within walking distance of other East Side hangouts means this can be a destination spot or the place to hang in all night, as the crowd will likely shift as time passes.
