Fantastic Brat. Located in the Trailer Park "Restaurant" area of S.Austin, this place is great! I ordered the Brat loaded. The bread was good ( kolachi bun ) and the brat was done just right. Keep in mind that these dogs are not premade or prewarmed. Every order is made fresh and hot off the grill, so allow about 5 minutes on a good day. Well worth the wait. I will be back to try the entire menu.
