I would highly recommend Tammy Alexander!. Thought I would share that Tammy Alexander is the best Aesthetician I have ever been to. Also, she helped me choose the colors/products for the Jane Iredale Cosmetics (pure minerals) and showed me how to best use them. Her knowledge as an experienced Licensed Medical Aesthetician goes beyond the norm. Tammy truly does have a passion for helping her client, is honest, and it is relaxing in her private space (all important to me). Try it and see for yourself. In my opinion, Tammy is the best-kept secret at the Courtyard Salons.

Lucky Me!. Tammy does amazing work! I was instantly made comfortable by her soothing demeanor and attention to detail. She was attentive while giving me the time and space to relax during the processes. I received a full facial, lactic acid peel, brow wax, and lip wax. The waxes were the least painful I've ever experienced. She was quick and effective.

The facial was incredibly relaxing. The chemical peel gave me wondrous results. She told me the peel would keep working for a few days and though I was skeptical, she was right! Imagine my delight when my fiance commented that my face looked bright, clean, and more energetic. What I saw was a younger, cleaner looking me, both with and without makeup! The bonus-After two days, my fiance said that getting facials from Tammy should be a regular occurrence so that I could have "me time." What other evidence does a lady need? Thanks, Tammy. Awesome experience!

Next time maybe I can add a few extras!

Very personable facial. I am new to RR and made an appointment with Tammy for a custom facial. She made me feel comfortable right away. I felt she had a very nice touch and seemed to have a strong knowledge of skin. She seems to really enjoy what she does, I will be going back!

I look 10 years younger!. I love, love, love coming to Tammy for my facials. She is sweet and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is quiet and calm allowing me to finally relax long enough to actually enjoy what is happening to my skin. My skin has never looked better. I've been coming to Tammy for about a year now and with the routine and products she has me on I get comments all the time about how great my skin looks. I'm in my mid 40's and when I'm asked most people can't believe it. It feels good to look good for a change!
