People were awesome and very friendly. Given extra benefits as a Platinum Priority Club member. They really do it right at this hotel and make you feel special. Great staff and good location.

The check-in staff are great, the rooms are good and they have a free business center! I was a little worried after reading some negative reviews, but I have to say Crowne Plaza Austin is a very good value hotel.

I stayed here for one night and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was well kept. The beds were extremely comfortable. And it was all for a very reasonable price. I personally want to express my gratitude to Gary, who assisted us during our check-in and even issued us two free drinks from the bar. He was very polite and helpful.

What turned out of a place to sleep for one night after a mishap at a previous hotel, turned out to be the BEST thing EVER! Pat Vaughn and to every single person that crossed our paths, thank you so dearly!

The bar/lounge on-site was also very nice. Lots of tasty appetizers and dishes to choose from, with all appetizers 50% off during happy hour! What a deal! We had the Santa Fe chicken egg rolls, a southwestern spin on a Asian food favorite; phenomenal, especially for hotel food.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. One reason we stayed there is they accept pets, which worked out well for us. The staff took care of minor problems immediately. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The restaurant and bar were great. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The price we found on Expedia was really great. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great Hotel!. Attended a business meeting at this hotel and it was great! From the moment I arrived, after a day of traveling hell; I was greeted with a big smile from the bellman who kindly directed me to the front desk. In just a few minutes I was on my way to my room; which was clean and quiet. Just what I needed! Room service was hot and speedy delivery. Everyone I came in touch with could not have been nicer! I'm coming back to Austin in the summer for a wedding downtown and am definitely staying here!
