Tomato Peel Great for Acne Prone Skin. I came to Trisha with hopes that she could work miracles with my acne-prone skin in a month-and-a-half in preparation for my wedding. She is doing just that! So far I have had a tomato peel and a high frequency facial. My skin looks great, and I am scheduled for several more treatments like this with Trisha. I have tried things like antibiotics, microdermabrasion, and even Accutane to clear up my skin, and nothing has worked!
