Carpet looks great. Platinum Carpet Restoration (Courtney) came out Saturday and cleaned our office carpets. Once it dried, I was thrilled to see that almost all of the old stains didn't come back. Used a different service last time and it was not a good experience. Looked great when he left, but spots all reappeard when it dried. Not this time. Not sure what they do different, but it was great. Nice to not be ashamed to have people in the office again.…
Why rent a carpet cleaner again?.
I used to rent a carpet cleaner to clean my carpets. It cost me $50 for the machine rental and shampoo, plus hours of scrubbing and hauling that machine around. Platinum did the carpets and starway
in my 4 room two story condo for $100, and they did a much better job that I ever could.
So, really I only save $50 doing it myself and my time and effort is worth at least that. Courtney was friendly and professional and did it all in less than an hour. I am calling Platinum the next time I need carpet cleaning!…

Great Service and Excellent Value. With 2 dogs and 2 kids, I had little confidence that anyone could provide anything more than a standard surface cleaning that would barely be noticeable. However Platinum Carpet Cleaning was able to remove the surface dirt, pet stains and odors and was even able to restore the nap of the carpet in the high traffic areas. I was amazed at the difference. Courtney was polite, professional and expedient in his service. He took the time to explain the process and make recommendations based on his experience. When I received the invoice, i was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was. I will definitely use them again and would high recommend them to all.…
