Best Dentist EVER!. Dr. Lakshmi Chittajallu - Best Dentist in the area.

We visited her on a Saturday to get a second opinion for major dental work for our son that we had scheduled with another dental office. The fact that she would see us on such short notice (on a Saturday) was great, but her treatment plan was was significantly less. Our treatment included a root canal and three crowns - on all front teeth. She was amazing! She made the crowns in her office while we waited. The color match was PERFECT, the fit was PERFECT, and when my son walked out of her office with his new smile - words could not express our happiness. She has brought joy to our son that he has not felt in years.

Dr. Chittajallu is the BEST!!!. I LOVE Dr. Chittajallu!!! I have been seeing her for almost a year and have no complaints! I was super-afraid of dentists before my first visit with her. She and her staff are calm, reassuring and explain everything as it is happening, which I love. Recently I had trouble with a crown and Dr. Chittajallu was very sensitive to my pain and panic and saw me on short notice several times for over a month until it was completely fixed. She is great about explaining costs and planning dental work to fit into your yearly insurance allowance. I really can't say enough good about her, she is very caring, actually listens to her patients and is always in a good mood! Aside from the wonderful doctor, the office is clean and stylish with cutting edge technology. I also love that I can schedule appointments and make contact by e-mail! Bonus: Either the receptionist or the doctor, herself, always responds VERY quickly! I have already referred a family of 5 to her and the adults as well as the rambunctious twin 3-year-old boys loved her just as much as I do!!! Go and see Dr. Chittajallu! You will NOT regret it!

I am sooo HAPPY I came across this office!!. I came across Southwest Smiles b/c I was told by a friend how great this office is. I was really upset with the past office I was going too so i thought i'd give it a shot since they took my insurance. When I first went in I was a little aprehensive (being that its a damn dental office!!) but Very soon after I walked in the door and finished my paper work I was greeted by one of the nicest assistants ive met. The assistant calmed my nerves and assured me that I was in good hands before the doc came in. When I met Dr. Chitatajalu I was really impressed at how kind and understanding she was. I actually understood what I needed to have done and WHY!! I have had several things done from her since then and I will tell everyone to not even bother with any other dental office.

Integrity and Skillful. I too had gone to a different dentist who gave me a "laundry list" of things that he said I needed done. Even though it had been awhile since I had gone, this seemed excessive. I took that list to Dr. C and she walked through each item and explained whether she would recommend it or not. It was an honest assessment, and I didn't feel like I was "being taken" as I did earlier.

Once in the chair, Dr. C is kind, skillful, and very personable. We have a new dentist for life now. One that has the integrity that we've come to expect, but aren't always able to find.

If you need a dentist - don't go anywhere else!

Trustworthy. I went to see Dr. C to get a second opinion because my Dentist had an entire laundry list of things to be done to my teeth that would cost me tons of money. Dr. C did an exam and gave me a much simpler treatment plan that just cost me a fraction of the amount. Besides, she is a participant in my PPO and the front desk person Sylvia took care of all the paperwork and insurance claims and my net out of pocket expense was negligible. I am very much impressed by Dr. C’s honesty and her professional ethics.

Dentist for Life. I have a very high level of anxiety when it comes to Dental visits and try to avoid to the extent possible. I was referred to Dr. Chittajallu by a good friend of mine who assured me that I will be in good hands. I am so glad I listened to her and went to Southwest Smiles. The Doctor and her staff were great in reassuring me, making me feel comfortable and soothing my anxiety. The entire experience was perfectly relaxing and thanks to Dr. Chittajallu, I have a completely different outlook towards Dental appointments and she will be my Dentist as long as she is practicing Dentistry.

Worth the Drive from Houston!. I was visiting from Houston one weekend and I had a Dental emergency. Dr. Chittajallu was the only one available and willing to take care of my emergency. I am very much impressed with her knowledge, experience and integrity. She has a genuine interest in the patient’s comfort and well being. I am so impressed that I now travel to Austin to see her for all of my Dental needs.

Wonderful experience!. I recently had my third visit with Southwest Smiles and I am very impressed with all aspects of Dr. C's practice. She has very competent, friendly staff and you'll really appreciate Sylvia, the office manager. Dr. C is an outgoing person who has a knack for making you feel like family when you are there. My experience with Southwest Smiles has been first-rate, and by far, the best dental experience that I have ever had!

Great Experience!. Dr. Chittajallu is a great dentist! I can't say enough about her and her staff. The office is clean and comfortable and I didn't have to wait to be seen.

The denist and her assistant Valerie, made me feel completely at ease during my procedure. I highly recommend Southwest Smiles.
