I love Aesthetica MedSpa . I have been a patient there for years. I have seen major improvements in my skin throughout the years and love that they take before and after pictures to monitor the progress.

Best Facial Ever. I have enjoyed many facials over the years. However,

I can now say that I had the BEST!!! Monique pampered

me to the max!! She took her time and made sure I was

very comfortable. Her massage technique was second

to none!! Thanks again....I will be back for more!!

TERRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL BEWARE!!. I want to share my horror with all of my facebook and readers of the terrible expericance with aestetica med spa! I will prove the damage and scars Mrs. Sneed did to me. I been going to wonderful places in westlake for years for photofacials and never experianced anything like this before.I will share my pictures with anyone just send me your email address. First I made it clear I was traveling overseas and still the girl who first did a crappy job did nothing showed no sign of any photofacial being done to face and neck. Then I complained and returned and Mrs. sneed who

looked like she was very sleepy and tired said to me she wanted treat my face and neck agressivley and scarred me for life!! I had to take my vaction covering bloody and oozing burns this woman is out of her mind and visited a plastic surgeon and was shocked at the damage. After I called several times they said they would refund my money which is no way enough to

over my damage to my face and neck. They even faxed me a waiver to kept them from getting sued by me if I decide to go legal. Funny even this waiver would not keep them from lawsuit. It was a standard BS form. They lie to me and said they were sorry of the exessive damage to my face and neck and refused to send me anything to fix my wounds .I was warned though by a woman in the parking lot to avoid these unprofessional people.I will challege anyone here who writes these fake fabulous reviews that thare are fake and written by staff or themeslves...........this is an authentic review and will prove it. these are the factsARE: no one was there at the office and made me wait for 30 to 40 mins while sneed comes and destroys my fun travel and burns me with a simple laser which she used as her weapon against me. I am outrage at there weird behavior of this office. I will listen to my instint next time.BEWARE of this office do not go unless you want serious damage! WARNING !!

They've been a God send!. For years I suffered from a debilitating and embarrassing skin condition. In desperation I called Aesthetica Med Spa. As a man, it was not an easy thing to do. I was apprehensive and self conscious. However, from my first visit, I was put at ease. The staff was more than friendly, and I was made to feel at home. And as a result of their attentiveness and professionalism my skin condition has been relieved. They've been a God send.
