Word of mouth cost you a customer.......... I was just about to set up an appointment when my sister-in-law told me about her horrific, unprofessional, and immature experience she had with both of the estheticians. I can't believe such a reputable Doctor would allow his staff to treat his customers this way. I highly value her opinion and I'm glad she shared her story with me (and all of our friends) before I gave them my business.

BEWARE!. Customers BEWARE! I posted a review almost a year ago about my horrible experience at Aesthetica Med Spa. I received a phone call after the initial review was discovered by employees and I was threatened to remove it or I would be sued. Well, today (3/14/12) I received a call from Sharon Sneed herself, she let me know I was on speaker phone with two other staff members, she asked me again if I would remove the post or she would take me to small claims court. She said "we already said sorry for your bad experience and we even paid you back for the service" what she said was true, they did apologize and did pay me back! Unfortunately, MY attorney feels differently about the documented harassing and threatening phone calls from three different employees, for just posting my opinion of my experience. Hopefully, this is the end of their harassment and they will finally leave me alone to share my opinion on a website named "City Search" for exactly this purpose. If you don't like negative reviews, why sign your business up to ask customers to share their experience. In my opinion, this won't be the last negative review written about Aesthetica MedSpa. *Be careful using your real name when posting, I used my real name to post my experience and they looked up my phone number to harass and threaten litigation if I didn't remove my post. I have every legal right to share my opinion!

Love,love,love this spa!. I just love this spa, the first time I went there everyone was so friendly and helpful. They really took the time to explain everything involved in my treatment! Katie was so helpful and gave me the best Microderm I've ever had. I was so happy with with her that I decided to do botox and I am so glad I did. I don't have that ugly line between my eyes anymore and couldn't be more pleased. Definately would reccomend to my friends!

Botox watered down. Let's get past the point that 95% of the reviews sound like they were written by the employees....

I went in for Botox. I have had it done a few times before.

Only my first time with Botox have I ever loved the result.

The times after that I had a moving forehead that well, shouldn't of been moving. Money down the drain.

I've read all the insider information about staff watering down the freeze-dried Botox to get more units out of a bottle.

More units out of a bottle means more customers, means more $$$$.

I went in here with my hopes high that I would get great results.The first week my forehead was nice and tight, and I was very happy. But within a few days after that, I noticed movement. I was told wait 2 weeks for final result. But by the two week mark, I had even more movement in my forehead. You should not be able to scrunch up your wrinkles if you have Botox.

So I went back to the office to show them. The nurse gave me 5 more units for free, told me to wait 2 more weeks.

Well, here we are over 2 weeks later and NOTHING.

I can crinkle up my forehead even more.

$400 GONE.

Skin care that works.... So, I have been going to Aesthetica Med Spa for about 10 years now. I started with basic skin care needs as a 22 year old young lady and immediately started doing Microdermabrasions to help with my breakouts and pore size. However, as soon as I met the owner Sharon Sneed PhD., she suggested I receive a PhotoFacial. I had no idea a laser treatment could help with sun damage and discolorations. Wow! What a difference. After my first treatment, I sat in front of the mirror for hours staring at all of the dark spots and damage that had come to the surface of my skin and it just fascinated me to know that they would slough off naturally. Now I am almost 32 years old and no one ever believes me when I tell them my age..i swear it's because of all the years of great skin care. Over the years I have had Microderms, PhotoFacials, Chemical Peels, Cool Touch and even Hair removal. If you want to get your skin in shape, go there..

Very Warm and Friendly Environment. I always get very anxious when I am about to get injections and the staff at Aesthetica always makes me feel really comfortable. I feel as though I am in excellent hands with Dr. Sneed. I never feel rushed when I have any questions or concerns. They are a lovely, family owned business and I will continue to recommend my friends and family to them. THANK YOU!

Awesome. I really like the fact that the family practice is right next door! It so awesome that I can see my family practioner for regular visits and receive top quality skin care. It really saves me time and I can rest assured knowing that this facility really does have a doctor on site at all times!

Thank You Dr. Sneed and Aesthetica Med Spa!. My daughter is 14 years old and had severe acne. We had given up on over the counter remedies and even products you can buy online. Someone told me about Dr.Sneed?s office and I am so glad they did. She has received several glycolic peels and repeated microdermabrasions. We have seen huge improvements in her skin which is so important for such a young lady. Hopefully the care we are taking today will prevent any acne scarring in the future. Thank you Dr.Sneed and staff.

Great Folks that know what they are doing!. I recommend Aesthetica Med Spa to all of my friends. I first started going to Dr. Sneed for Botox injections. I was introduced to Sharon Sneed by using one of their many specials on microdermabrasion. Both Dr. Sneed and Sharon are very personable, never rush you or try and sell a product to you that you don't need or won't use. I have been to other doctors and spas and did some comparative shopping. I believe the Med Spas prices have got to be about the lowest in Austin. Go to their website (aestheticamedspa) and check for their "Specials" or get on their email list for updates of events. That's how I stay up on when they are going to run a promotional Botox, Restylane, Jevederm, or microdermabrasion special. They do all of the latest procedures and I believe they also offer permanent tattoo makeup. Give them a try, compare their prices and I bet you will use them regularly as I do!

Friendly staff. I called Aesthetica Med Spa with some questions about their treatments and pricing the other day and instead of hurrying me off the phone or pressuring me to come in for a consultation they were very informative and helpful. I really appreciated the time they took with me and found them to be a lot more inviting and friendly than a lot of the other medical spas out there.
