Extremely Helpful!!!!. Both Greg and Stacey were so helpful to me while I was trying to find a sublease for my current apartment and get into a new one. I really felt like they went out on a limb to show me how to use craig's list, and Greg even approved or disapproved responses I got on my posting to weed out the crazies. I had a really excellent experience with this company and would very highly recommend their services to anyone. They do a great job of showing you a variety of options and taking some of the anxieties out of the apartment hunting experience!

WORST SERVICE IN TOWN. Liars and money chasers! They only told me about places that pay them the most money, I found out later by a friend who works at an apartment that they don't go to! AVOID!

Apartment Experts ROCK! (even on SHORT notice). My family recently moved to Texas from Missouri. We came to San Marcos, TX a few short weeks before we had to be living here for my husband's new job. Driving on Aquarena Springs we noticed the Apartment Experts office and decided to stop and see if they could help us. We had never used an apartment locator before. Amy and Greg were super nice and started helping us right away! We had been flown down to Texas over a weekend and they managed to help us secure an apartment in only a couple of days! We moved into our new apartment the week of Thanksgiving 2010. We are so thankful that we stopped that day in their office and will be using them again in the future. We definately recommend them!

Lalo Arreola. This is not the first time I have used an apartment locator's service, and I can say that this was by far, the best experience I've ever had with this type of service.

Lalo was very helpful, quick and professional in helping me find the right place that fit my needs perfectly. He even took the time to personally take me to the places I liked and look around with me, making sure it was the place that I was looking for.

SEE BRANDIN WITH AN I. I went to Apartment Experts for help and even though I was trying to look for an Apartment in Austin, Brandin Huber helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He helped me find a great apartment in central Austin (which is a hard location to get) that I absolutely LOVE! I appreciated all his hard work and the effort he put in trying to find an apartment that I would be satisfied with. If you are looking for an apartment or even a home, I would ask for this employee.... He was GREAT! Thanks for the Great Service!

easiest apartment finder I have ever used. Apartment Experts in San marcos has made my life easier in more ways than one. Not only was it a huge help to me. i have used other apartment locators before and not one comes close to the professionalism i have experienced with Mr.Huber. Not only did he make it super easy and super fast at finding an apartment, but he actually helped take care of my 2 dogs while i was looking for apartments!! i recommend this locator and Brandin to anybody and everybody. WILL DEFF USE THEM AGAIN. especially Mr. Huber. His positive attitude and uplifting spirit have made this an unforgettable experience.

You need an apartment GO SEE GREG! I highly recommend it!. After accepting a position with a retailer in San Marcos I started searching for apartments. Anyone who knows this town knows that its nearly impossible to find an apartment that isn't a roommate share or full of partying students. After getting frustrated with not getting any results on my own I started searching for an apartment locating service. I saw the reviews for Apt Experts, specifically Greg Clark and decided to give him a call and go in for an appointment. If like me you need help finding an apartment with everything you want/need I highly recommend going to see Greg. He was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. It took one meeting and I put a deposit down on my apartment the same day. My apartment was everything I told Greg I wanted in a home and more. I couldnt be happier and I've lived here for four months!

Great help and awesome service!. Every experience I've had with Apartment Experts has been great. Every apartment tour was prompt and Greg even drove us to the different apartments to tour them. I'm a student at Texas State and I was looking for a affordable apartment to live in next semester. Greg was a lot of help and he really made the searching experience enjoyable. I can't wait to get into the apartment next semester! Everyone at the office was super nice and helpful and I felt no pressure at all. I would reccomend Apartment Experts to anyone looking for somewhere to live in the area. It was a great experience and anytime people tell me they're looking for apartments, I refer them to Greg at Apartment Experts.

Wonderful experience with Apartment Experts!. My husband and I are both students and the apartment we were living in was just too expensive for our budget. We had looked at a few places on our own, but didn't have any luck. We were referred to Greg at Apartment Experts and drove over right away! The location was easy to find and we were helped right as we walked in the door. Greg really listened to our thoughts and pricing necessities for a better place. He drove over and toured the apartment with us, and really helped out. We are in love with our new apartment and the price is great! I would recommend anyone looking for a place to go there first!
