Input. I live at this commuity and have since it was built. To sit here and slam people when I live in the same exact building that this Stacy woman lived at is really crazy. This woman is not stable mentally Further more, I am shocked that KXAN news did such a big story hurting the reputation of Nurock without getting evidence. Nurock needs to hire a Attorney and sue KXAN and Stacy for flat out making up lies. Believe me, Stacy is not normal. Since she moved out along with most of her friends/neighbors my building is family again. My home is finally feeling like home again. The towing situation was a little crazy but I understand why they did it. The unsuppervised kid thing is now being supervised and the maintenance team is doing a much better job on the grounds. I really would like my breezeway cleaned but I was told by the new leasing agent Carlos that all breezeways were scheduled to be cleaned in March. We will see.

Texpegster is an inside employee. if you are new to this site ...please read the last two posts...please read them all but at lest the last two to understand my post. Residences of onion creek is under investigation from the OAG...incase anyone is not clear as to the OAG...Office of the Attorney General. Now why would a company be under investigation....um lets see...criminal would come to my mind...I live here and have lived here for over a year and I have given all of my information to the OAG when I was asked. I hope that NuRock goes to gail for a long time. Shame on them for taking for their residents not Stacy...she is the only manager that stood up for us...she worked here for a couple of months...I figure that she stumbled across some incriminating things and they got rid of her...as for her staff...they all still work there...so for TEXPEGSTER to say that stacy and her staff got what they deserved....well the staff that you are saying is now so wonderful....she hired...Ms. Tina...Maintenance Juan....these are the people that TAXPEGSTER said were doing such a great job ...well that was the staff that stacy hired....wah wah...watch out for the OAG NuRock...we miss you Stacy

Obviously texpegster works for NuRock.... I have lived here since day 1 and there has NEVER been a good management team with the exception of Stacey. She actually did a lot of good things (sent out rule reminders, tried to start a garden, tried to clean out bad residents). I do not know what maintenance team you are referring to because this one is terrible. I have seen several of them partying with other residents outside the garages and apartments. I have seen Juan lying to other tenants and mistreating the residents. The only reason why things are slightly cleaner out here is because of media attention. Wouldnt you be trying to clean your tracks if you were doing some shady illegal things? Please do not be so ignorant. Go look up any reviews for any of their properties. ALL of them have the same issues. Hmmm couldnt just be ROC management. It is NUROCK! they are all CROOKS! Marty showed up here in a limo haha they own a soccer team they bought from Nike. These people have made millions off cheating their residents. Do not make excuses for them. If you think they have been exposed by the news story, just wait a few more weeks because things are about to get a lot more sticky. They have done one too many illegal things and it gonna hit them where it hurts. Get the right facts, texpegster, before you start to make allegations and try to make this complex seem like it is running okay. Already had tons of issues with the new staff... got an excuse for that?

THINKING POSITIVELY. For the past 2 years the management teams at Residences of Onion Creek have behaved in totally unprofessional ways. They have lied, cheated, stolen, and misrepresented the rules and guidelines that should be followed for a property that falls under the auspices of the NuRock Management Corp. Shame on the company for letting this go on for as long as it has.

NuRock has terminated the last management staff . The recent news story on KXAN was an expose that was only about three weeks late. The previous manager, Stacy, who spoke on the expose was an unprofessional apartment manager that lied to the tenants about pest control, apartment repairs, availability of apartments, and parking permits. It makes me livid that she had the nerve to go on television and accuse others of the exact practices she used while she was the manager.

NuRock sent Marty and Tina to try to turn things around for the Corporation and for the tenants.There is an excellent maintenance crew here now, new office staff, and I see improvements in apartment repairs and property maintenance

Stacy and her staff had no integrity, and just rode the paychecks as far as they could. It is up to the manager in charge the set the standard of behavior for her staff. When she lies to your face every time you have any maintenance or other tenant concerns, and instructs her staff to lie and misrepresent the company she works for, it is absolutely reprehensible.

The new staff are working very hard to be honest and professional and give us tenants the quality of living that has been denied us by others.
