Remodeling Experts. We have used Marsh Vorspan for two projects in our home-a media room and a screened porch. Chuck and Doug were very easy to work with and very professional. They were able to incorporate all of our desires and worked within our requested budget. They also assisted us with dealing with issues that came up due to problems that were not addressed by our home builder. Their subcontractors were very professional as well, and there was never a lag in the work being done. Doug addressed our questions and concerns immediately, and was on site at least once every day. We would highly recommend their company to anyone considering a remodel!

The Remodel from Heaven. When Marsh-Vorspan remodelled our bathrooms they demonstrated their signature abilities to bring the job in on time and on budget -- in fact, they were three weeks early and under budget. Doug's abiity to schedule crews and communicate tasks to them assured us that we had no worries; the only tasks left for us were just to confirm details while the work progressed. Doug scheduled the workers perfectly, one having just finished as the next arrived; and they all arrived knowing just what needed to be accomplished that day; there was never an idle time. The level of craftsmanship and professionalism on the part of each subcontractor was exceptionally high. All of the workers treated us and our house and property with respect and consideration. Thanks, Doug. Job more than well done.

Really Great. After numerous projects with MVP over many years, they continue to perform at the top of their game. They are honest, fair and very knowledgeable about their business -- and in fact, they make a difficult process very enjoyable. They are a pleasure to work with.

"THE" building and remodeling choice in Austin. Chuck and Dough (the owners of MarshVorspan Partners) are rock stars of building and remodeling. Their work is outstanding and the experience of remodeling with them is exceptional.

Many builders and remodeling companies out there have a good finished product, but it's the experience to me that counts so much. Chucks design is great and Doug is an outstanding manager...I love the accurate estimation on their part...it allows for a project to sail with well established expectations.

Remodeling a home can be a very stressful situation but with these guys it is smooth sailing. Another aspect that I highly praise them for is their response to any need I may have. They are prompt and know their game well.

It is so refreshing to have a company like Marsh Vorspan in town...like another reviewer here, I too have heard horror stories of remodeling and buildings that went completely wrong...and the client always seems to get the short end of the stick. I strongly recommend their services. Friendly customer service, accurate estimation, awesome craftsmanship, on time. It really was all I expected from a remodeling company.

100% Satisfied. I hear horror stories about people's renovations, and I can't relate because we had such a good experience working with Marsh-Vorspan. From designing the kitchen, to making positive suggestions throughout the process, I found them great to work with. The subs they work with were all amazing craftsmen. And we actually came in under budget. I wish we had another project they could work on because they were that good.

We Love Our Remodeled Home. Marsh Vorspan Partners did a major remodel on our house, including the design. The design was creative and met our needs in every way. They removed most of the interior walls in the downstairs, creating and large open living space that includes a completely remodeled kitchen with custom natural finish cherry cabinets and granite countertops. They also removed a rear wall and to create a new dining room with hardwood floors, clerestory windows and two skylights. The workmanship was very high quality. The work was done in the time estimated and was on budget. Doug and Chuck were a pleasure to work with. We love our new living space and would definitely use Marsh Vorspan for a future project and recommend them to anyone.

Remediation. I was unhappy about several aspects of the remodel. After completion of the job, however, Marsh Vorspan has attempted to address some issues. I complained about the lacquer and demanded that a particular painter be used. Marsh Vorspan complied, even though the painter was more expensive than their painter subcontractors. I called about an issue with the cable wire, and they responded the next morning. I called about cracking in the caulk of a large window. They assured me that it was caused by contraction and expansion due to the weather, and recaulked the window seam. Despite my severe criticisms, they were still willing to come out to my house 11 months after completion of the job to address my complaints.
