Food was good but very unorganized staff. Easy to work with during the planning stages but were not able to pull it together during the actual event.

YUMMO!!!. When I first discovered Catering With A Twist (recommended to me by a friend), I liked the personalized touch and the unique food offerings. even better is that Kassie made other food suggestions to me that I wouldn't have even thought about. Catering With A Twist made my event enjoyable in so many ways - amazing food, happy guests, relaxed host (me). Kassie took a personal interest in my event and listened to my catering wants. She and her team not only met my high-set expectations, they exceeded them. I was even highly impressed w/ the set-up/display of the food area - very eclectic, very "me". My guests raved about the food and really enjoyed the event. Thank you Kassie!!!

I now carry Kassie's business cards with me so that I may recommend Catering With A Twist to others.

I'm still thinking about the food. I've had two opportunities to enjoy the work of "Catering With a Twist". My first experience was at a friend's wedding. Now don't get me wrong, it was a great wedding and I had a great time dancing and laughing with friends, but the dinner was the highlight for me. I bet I talked about the prime rib for the next two weeks. I even did something I never do: I made a point to sneak back into the kitchen to meet and compliment the chef, Kassie. We chatted for a few minutes and I casually asked if she ever did smaller, less formal events. I had been planning a get together with some friends and thought maybe I'd suprise them with some truly good food instead of just a bowl of chips and some dip.

Long story short - I brought in "Catering with a Twist" for the party I was hosting and she did great. The interesting thing to note is the kind of party I was hosting. It was a "Guy's Night" type of party, so we were in need of some serious "stick-to-your-ribs" eats and lots of it. Kassie cooked up what I would call gourmet man food. Instead of just boring old burgers, she made these mini-sliders with filet mignon and pepper crusted bacon. Amazing! She made some deep fried macaroni balls with these special spicy breadcrumbs and some fancy cheese that I can't even pronounce that blew us away.

Simply put, "Catering with a Twist" is top notch. Amazing food and you couldn't ask for a nicer person to work with than Kassie.

Great food, great service - enough said!. I recently hired Catering with a Twist to cater a wine club party we were hosting. Kassie and her team were great to work with - professional and punctual, and the food was great. It was so nice to be able to enjoy hosting the party instead of cooking and worrying about the food. It took a lot of pressure off, and everyone complimented the catering.

If anyone is considering having an event catered I highly recommend you call Kassie and her team. You won't be dissapointed!
