thank you for the excellent help. After our daughter's graduation, we decided to hire professional movers to take care of her college move. After weeks of calling moving companies in the Austin area, I was referred to American Van Lines through a friend who had just moved into a new apartment. Compared to the prices that I had been quoted I found your rates to be the most cost effective. I was worried about the treatment of my daughter's stuff and was sure that the movers would break something, which led me to constantly call to get updates about how things were going. I was in contact with a young woman by the name of Stephanie who answered all of my questions and reassured me that everything would be just fine. She was even able to put me in touch with one of the movers who explained how far along the move was. When they arrive to her college dorm we found everything was not only delivered in one piece but the furniture was also reassembled and arranged. I am very pleased with the professional manner in which our move was handled, I couldn't have asked for better service.

No job is too tough for them ..... I want to express our great pleasure with the service provided from American Van Lines for our recent move from Austin to Atlanta. Both moving teams did an exceptional job. Team One consisted of James McInnis, George Lopez and Javier Duque and Team Two included Eric Parish, Elis Leon and Onesimo Carrillo. Both groups were very professional and eager to assist in every way. They went about their tasks with great efficiency and cordiality. Eric Parish should be specially commended. No task was too insurmountable for him. We had a large entertainment center and china cabinet that could not be moved into the small freight elevator located at the condo from which we were moving. Eric persisted until he found the perfect solution. He had his team totally take the units apart piece by piece at the old site and reconstructed at our new home. My husband and I were amazed because it was very labor intensive and they did it without complaint or hesitation. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the results and would certainly use American Van Lines if we should move again. We would recommend your company to anyone looking for a professional moving service.

Efficient and Reliable Company. American Van Lines helped me and my family move from Austin, Texas to Albany, NY. I couldn't have asked for a better company for our long haul. The movers who helped us out tremendously were Vincent, Jeffery, Donald and Monroe.

Their help was more than I could have asked for. They managed to entertain my 5 and 7 year old while moving our things at a fast pace and so cautiously. I tried to keep the kids away, but the guys insisted that it was okay and made our move a joyful experience the entire time – what good natured individuals.

I really appreciated their professionalism and efficiency and wanted to give American Van Lines the credit they deserve. I am a satisfied customer!
