Great personal attention!. Ashley was my stylist on this visit and was fantastic! She really listened to my wants/needs and proceeded to give me a great cut and highlight. I am one of those "hard to please" types when it comes to my hair and I was just floored at how satisfied I was when I left that day. Thank you Ashley!!! She is a very kind, smart, confident young lady that , at a young age, has a good education and experienced background, to get the job done and then some. I will definitely be coming back and recommend her highly :)

Wonderful Service. I went to this salon last night for high and lowlites. I have never had anyone take the care that Ashley and Donna did to make sure my fine, blonde hair was not damaged. They took their time and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get color!!

Two words - very unprofessional.. I tried this "salon" with a Groupon deal they had going on a while ago. I got a cut and color from the girl that works along side Donna. The girl seemed really nervous, and was somewhat clumsy, but she did a decent job. Besides getting my whole face wet while washing it, and dropping the color brush on the floor a couple times, I do have to say that I walked out with a pretty haircut and gorgeous color.

BUT, Donna was a whole other story. The thing that bothered me the most about her was that while four of us are crammed into this teeny-tiny room, she starts gossiping... about her OTHER CLIENTS! I just about died. She was so tactless.

Then at the end, I realized I didn't have enough cash on me to include the tip, so I wanted to pay with a card. She said she could run it, but that she would rather me go to the ATM "next store". I could hardly believe my ears, but I walked clear out to my car, drove to the other end of the strip mall, waited in line for 10 min at the ATM, was charged 6 extra dollars (3 from the ATM, and 3 from my bank), then drove back, parked again, and walked it in. I was fuming. I felt so sorry for the girl who worked for Donna at that point, I couldn't bring myself not to tip her. But if Donna would have been the one to do my hair, I would have just drove right on home.

So unprofessional. I'm not trying to ruin her business or anything - I'm sure she's a nice lady. But I will never forget the experience, and I assume others would like to know in advance what it will be like.

Nice lady, but not very pleasant experience.. She was hard to book with and disorganized. I was stood up for my first appointment after driving 30 minutes to it and paying tolls. Tiny space, with an uncomfortable wash chair. She didn't get enough of my hair cut either, but she wouldn't know because she didn't dry it. Frustrating experience!

Great haircut. Donna is very nice, easy to talk with, and she gave me a fantastic, very short pixie haircut just like I wanted it. I will definitely go again. Thanks!

A person who cares how you look. I first found Donna several years ago felt like I lost the best when she moved away. But now that she is back, I again enjoy the cuts she gives and the care she takes to create a really good feeling in everyone about the service she has rendered. I will recommend Donna to everyone I know. Donna's services are the very best that I have ever seen or experienced.

Looking for a stylist?. I've never had a set stylist but finally I have found Donna. She did the Japanese hair straightening on me and was very patient with my questions and was always making sure I was comfortable. I am very VERY happy with the results! I am for sure coming back!

Austin's Best Stylist/Colorist. I am new to Austin and have been on a search to find the perfect hairstylist. After two botched color jobs at Ulta I decided to give Donna LiAne a try. She was everything I expected and more. She takes the time to make sure that you are happy before you walk out of the door. I definitely would recommend her to any one that is looking for a great cut and style and spot on color jobs!
