Organic Explosion. This is a concept unique to others. Brian Birde-mann, owner/creator of this wonderful addition to Austin's finest, has done something fantastic in his handmade tortillas polished with delicious roasted cumin alone! Tacos stuffed with fresh organic ingredients from the likes of Bastrop Cattle Company and our local farmer that opens shop right next to Brian... Salsas that come straight from the vine and filled with delicious Peruvian peppers and seasonal veggies... There truly is nothing like it.. So come out and support this one man band.. If you don't you are missing out!!!
