I vowed to stay proactive with health and fitness during my recent pregnancy. I wanted to get a head start on the stress my body would endure caring my baby girl, and also have a head start on looking great post pregnancy. I found Amanda at Somaspace Pilates and she changed my life! Every week she genuinely listened to any complaint of pain or discomfort and single handedly combated it during one session. Not only did my body feel the best it ever has, but her positive attitude made each session a pure joy. With a happy and healthy nine month old baby girl, I am still loyal to Amanda and will be forever! Her knowledge of pre and postnatal pilates is unparalleled.
